I spent only one night, the hotel was fine and located in the center of Pisa. I had no time to feel it.

Excellent location in central Pisa. Young man on front desk was extremely helpful with advice on parking and sights to see. THe room was comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast had a good range of food . Lift only went to 3rd floor. I was in the only room on 4th floor, accessible only by stairs from 3rd floor.. For breakfast, coffee wasvself serve from a machine.Coffee was fine, but milk was awful! I think it must have been either long-life or tinned.

Comfortable room and friendliness of staff. Breakfast choices were a bit limited. More fresh fruit and fresh juices should be provided

The hotel was really close to Piazza dei Miracoli (where the famous pending tower is) and just off the main shopping road. The staff was really nice. They asked us to pay for the WiFi, but the other services were ok (the breakfast was really nice, there were many things to choose from). Good for couples visiting the city just for the weekend.

Hotel Leonardo has a very good location, the Tower is only 10 minutes’ walk, very good fruit and vegetable market near enough on the door step .Hotel staff is very very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful, with a very big variety of food to choose from, with fantastic pastries still warm, like just from the oven. Everything is very clean. Very good value for money. I will recommend this hotel to everybody. If I will go to Pisa again I definitely will stay in hotel Leonardo.

Staff was very friendly and the room kept clean and tidy Although a very broad and extensive selection of breakfast, we thought it was all rather tasteless, You'd be better off ordering breakfast at one of the many italian-snack points. Internet was not free of cost. For the above average price of the hotel we thought the latter should have been included, and the former should be better.

Great location. 10 min walk to leaning tower Breakfast quality is very poor. Tinned fruit and cheap cereals. Decor awful. 80S throwback. Could easily be fixed with some neutral colours and updated furniture.

Good location near shops and restaurants, only 10 min walk to the tower. Air condition worked well and was pleasant. A little difficult to find hotel because of some reparations/ road work outside hotel, happy we didn't bring a car in the small streets. Ok breakfast, but missed some fruits/ vegetables.

The day we left It was stuck up a side alleyway with roadworks at the bottom.we had to park the car a few streets away and pay 8euros a day to do so.when we open the window shutters we were looking into some familys seating room just a few feet away.at breakfast we got long black hairs in the middle of are ham that did not belong to my partner or myself as we are both blonde.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel Leonardo is within easy walking distance of the leaning tower and Piazza dei Miracoli. It is a short bus ride from the airport, just over the river Arno. The room and on suite bathroom were clean, although simply furnished it was adequate and spacious enough, for our needs, there is a lift to the upper floors if mobility is a problem. The dining room was pleasant with a reasonable selection of cereal, breads, cooked meats, yogurt, drinks etc. and a small lounge to sit in although we were too busy visiting the sights to make use of this. The reception staff were very helpful with information about bus and train times for a day trip to Florence. I was there with my daughter and we both thought the hotel was ideal for our stay. I found the bed mattress a bit hard, but nothing to complain about. The last morning we were at the hotel, we had to have a cold shower as there was no hot water, so it definately woke me up and made me move faster. However these were minor problems and I would book this hotel again.

It is in the centre of the Pisa, near to everything you need to see. The hotel and the employees are ok.The breakfast is very good The room we stayed was really dirty. Under the bed you can find some interest things, like pieces of food, dust, sockets...Also you must pay for wi-fi something like 3 euros for 4 hours.

The girl at the reception was very mice and helped us a lot. There are renovation works in the street. Feels like a construction site. Breakfast was disgusting. A lot of stuff, but all very low quality.

We were pleasantly surprised when we tuned up and saw the hotel and the room we got. The room was very clean and looked better than it did in the photos. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is only about a ten minute walk to the leaning tower and the surrounding streets are really cute. I thought the Hotel Leonardo was excellent value! I have no complaints whatsoever and highly recommend this hotel!
