Hotel Leon d'Oro  

My husband and I stayed at the hotel the moment we walked in we felt that this was the right choice for us. The room was always spotless the staff were always helpful and polite and the reception staff were very helpful and highly professtional to conclude my husband has worked in all the great hotels in london ritz, savoy, hyde park hotel etc and he compaired your hotel to be as good as any of those hotels in any respect of the business. Very clean and comfortable. Good value for a 4 star. Liked the fact that our room had coffee making facalities.

The hotel is well localized for exploring around. There is an excelent balance between price and confort.

Central location. Friendly staff.

So-called "single superior room" actually was a twin queen-bed room: very small and constrictive (and the more so should it be occupied by two people!), no seating space. Breakfast should be improved. No bar service at all.

Its location. 3 minutes from the train station and right on the center of town. Also really liked how my pets were welcome; no hassles or extra charges.

Very diffucult to get to the hotel due to street flow and the parking was extremely limited.

Ottime camere, facilmente raggiungibile anche da chi arriva in treno e si muove a piedi e altrettanto vicino al centro. Abbondante colazione "ad abbuffet" (^___-)

Il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole. La camera molto bella e pulita, lo staff dell'albergo molto gentile e efficiente. Mi ha colpito la cordialità di tutto lo staff, mi hanno fatto sentire a mio agio. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima soprattutto per chi vuole visitare il museo Mart.

Comodo. Puoi andare a piedi nel centro di Rovereto e al mart

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, arredamento e estetica adeguati alla categoria (4 stelle)

Il riscaldamento era un po' basso (siamo in inverno!), e l'acqua calda ogni tanto diventava tiepida: inaccettabile per un 4 stelle. Per le scale era freddo! I posti macchina ad uso gratuito erano veramente pochi: in pratica se sei sfortunato ti tocca pagare il garage o I parcheggi sulla strada. Infine mi sa che I muri sono sottili: si sentivano le altre persone parlare!
