The staff, including Giorgio and Gianni, were terrific - courteous and very helpful. They're the kind of employees who look to solve any problems, and to anticipate a guest's questions (and requirements). Those skills aren't common.
Location Clean rooms/hotel Helpful staff Good value fo money
Toilet seat a bit wonky Sink plug not working
Nice people and clean. pizza place two doors down was good and very cheap arrived late from pompeii so took taxi...got ripped off 25 euro! Good shower. Balcony had a view of trash, a camper and underwear but hey thats naples.
beds were a brick. location made us nervous when walking at night. ban spray paint all ready italy!
It was close to metro station, supermarket, take always and university (school of engineering)
I like the most helpfull staff, especially Giani, who was having updated and precise explanations and advices, with proactive approach.
I didnt like idea of breakfast with just sweet things even avoided of small butters...
Staff very helpful
Metro line closes at 11
The Internet Connection worked really great in my room! One of best internet connections that I have ever found in a hotel's room. The price was quite competitive and the location was good for me who had to visit University of Naples (Not preferable for a city visit, being far from the city center).
The hotel really need to be renewed. It's also to say that if it was renewed, it could not have such a good price. The rooms look like from 2 decades ago, although clean enough. The breakfast could be improved.
The location is good for visiting the nearby University and relatively close to the metro station. The staff is friendly and helpful. WiFi is generally of good quality.
The location may not be the best for city sightseeing -- metro shuts down at 10.30 pm. The neighbourhood is somewhat degraded, but that's very much city-wide. The restaurant is not open for dinner. The suggest to order your food and take it in the room. The bathroom may need some care: taps are oxidated and not clear which is hot or cold, toilet paper support falls as soon as you touch it, to open/close the window you are either tall or use a chair in the shower. The view from the balcony is less than thrilling. WiFi has occasional interruptions or slowdowns.
Overall very nice hotel with very nice and helpful English speaking staff. Good value for money.
Location is comfortable next to a metro station. However, last metro is around 11 pm, so if you'd like to stay out later in the center of Napoli (not sure I'd recommend that though, we were ok with this time frame) you'll have to find other transportation.
Friendly Staff Easy access to transport
Air Conditioning difficult to use
