The staff member is great, one of this person gave us a lot of very good advice about the city Firenze and his english was ok (it's a good thing for people like us because we don't speak italian). The shower pressure was sometimes horrible very very poor

Sicuramente la posizione centrale, molto comoda per visitare Firenze a piedi. L'assenza di aria condizionata rende la stanza molto calda anche di notte. Inoltre la mancanza di zanzariere alle finestre porta alla presenza di fastidiose zanzare.

Leopolda Hotel is gewoon slecht. Er ligt een werkplaats achter dit lawaaiig is. De foto's op de site zijn flatteus. Er is maar 1 kamer met bad. De rest is douche. Personeel is stug/sacherijnig. Ontbijt is ernstig minimaal. Er is geen branduitgang, slechts 1 trappehuis bij de lift. En de buurt is verpauperd cq actrebuurt

большой номер с высокими потолками, просторно. доброжелательность персонала. очень домашняя обстановка. в номере нет столика для приёма пищи. в ванной комнате не достаточно оборудования для одежды или просушивания вещей.

è vicino alla fermata del tram per il centro di firenze tra la prima e la seconda notte non c'è stato il cambio biancheria, i parcheggi vicini sono tutti a pagamento, non c'è l'aria condizionata ma il ventilatore a soffitto.

The staff was great. Helpful and accommodating. Nice room, very nice bathroom. Good bed. Evrything you need in a room. No air conditioning. Just a fan on the ceiling. We arrived during a heat wave, so it was hard to sleep. The hotel is close enough to the main terminal. But with heavy backpacks during a heatwave, it seemed to be miles away.
