The staff is wonderful. Very helpful with information about the city, etc. The desk staff spoke English as well as Italian. Breakfast is great. The ladies serving were very kind to us and our children. It is very clean and accomodating. We had a very good stay at this sweet Rome hotel. In our room our 2 children had single beds, but my husband and I slept on a pull out sofa. It was not comfortable. |

Location I could not open the shutters in my room, which meant it was very dark and not possible to see anything without all the lights on. |

We were in a central position, the staff were helpful and friendly. The streets below were noisy throughout the night, even with the windows open. It would have been nice to have had a bigger lounge area for us to gather before going out. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean. nothing really apart from the fact that our two twin beds were on wheels which meant they moved unexpectedly during the night! Still, try anything once...! |

Local to all atriactions we wanted to visit. Air-con in bedroom need servicing, It was only was only attended to when we informed the hotel staff that it did not apear to be working. |

Very good location:3 minutes walk to Republic metro station, 10 minutes walk to Termini railway station. Also the restaurants recommended by the hotel staff are very good The room is small, and the breakfast is simple. The picture of the facade is only the facade of building where the hotel locates, actually, the hotel only occupies 2 layers of this building and with a very insignificant entrance. |

Nos ha gustado tanto la ubicación del hotel que para moverse estaba situado muy bien como la atención que hemos recibido por parte del personal que trabaja allí, que han sido muy amables Quizás lo único que podría mejorarse yo creo es la variedad en el desayuno ya que no había por ejemplo nada de fruta ni otras cosas, aunque también hay que decir que sobraba en cuanto a cantidad de lo que ponían: bollería, cereales, ... |

Attent personeel, goed ontbijt (voor Italiaanse begrippen). In nabijheid van treinstation, metro en bushaltes. Gunstige ligging ten opzichte van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden. Kamer 403 heeft een ruim balcon, wat het verblijf extra prettig maakt. Vrij hoge prijs voor een 3-sterren niveau. |

Personal de recepción muy agradable, y muy buena situación para recorrer Roma. Limpiaban la habitación todos los días, incluido cambio de toallas diario. Desayuno poco variado, y el precio es algo caro comparado con los hoteles en España. Habitación un poco pequeña. |
