The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean. nothing really apart from the fact that our two twin beds were on wheels which meant they moved unexpectedly during the night! Still, try anything once...! |

Local to all atriactions we wanted to visit. Air-con in bedroom need servicing, It was only was only attended to when we informed the hotel staff that it did not apear to be working. |

Very good location:3 minutes walk to Republic metro station, 10 minutes walk to Termini railway station. Also the restaurants recommended by the hotel staff are very good The room is small, and the breakfast is simple. The picture of the facade is only the facade of building where the hotel locates, actually, the hotel only occupies 2 layers of this building and with a very insignificant entrance. |

The room was really nice and also the location of the hotel is great because is close to the underground and to the main attractions Breakfast is available till 9.30...it would be nice if the hotel extends breakfast time to 10.30 |

1) Location Hotel is located next to the metro station, really in a walking distance to the city center 2) Room, bathroom Room was recently refubrished. We liked it. 1) Breakfast It was very basic. But for Italy it's OK. Size of the dining room was extremely small - only 4 tables were present. 2) A little bit noisy Hotel is located on a quiet street, but another street with intensive traffic is close. So you would not sleep in a 100% silence. The volume was acceptable - we aren't light sleepers. |

The personnel was friendly and helpful. All of my questions were answered and the atmosphere was really nice. There was quite a lot of noise in the room from the street outside as well as from the sewers... And the beds were too hard. |

Air conditioned rooms. Location. Staff were all very helpful and informative about the local area. Very small rooms. No room service facilities (other than mini bar). Balcony overlooked a service shaft, so made the rooms very dark, we had a large boiler situated on our balcony! |

Staff was extremely cheerful and helpful. Location was convenient. I know the standard in Italy -- particularly in Rome -- is different than ours, but I still find it hard to accept that the smallest room on my trip was by far the most expensive. Other than value for money, though, the hotel was worthwhile. |
