A great location as near to Metro station, main train station and easy access for buses. Staff friendly, breakfast was a simple but very satisfying continental breakfast. Nothing I didn't like but I would recommend tea and coffee facitilies would have been good. |

Very close to Tremini and not far from the centre of the innercity. Staff is helpful. Shower can be small for big people. Appr. 70x70cm only. Same breakfast on the 4th day was boring. (Tip: Buy some fruits!) |

First night we had a small room, double standard I guess. It was nice but very small, we could barely go to the bathroom without bumping to each other. Next day we had been given a bigger room, double in size, with a nice sofa and we really enjoyed it. We had a very pleasent surprise meeting Dorina, the housekeeper and Ionut - receptionist, both from Romania! |

Convenient location and the cleanliness of the hotel was imaculate. Staff were also very friendly. When we checked in at reception we were given a map and the gentlemen talked us through all the attractions and where to find everyuthing we needed adn how to get every - they were great! Rooms were quiet small - but thats expected when you go to Europe |

I liked the friendly staff, the desk staff on duty 24 hours, the complementary breakfast, the terrace attached to our room. The breakfast buns were stale. They should be fresh from a bakery each morning. There was no fruit. |

The staff were excellent - very friendly & helpful. The hotel was very conveniently situated for sightseeing & travel. No tea/coffee tray but this may be common in Italy. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady who did the cleaning and served breakfast in the morning was particularly friendly and cheerful. The reception staff were also very helpful. The location is very central. However it is noisy which can be expected in any big city. Double-glazing on the windows certainly help and with the air conditioning on it was not necessary to open the windows. |

We loved the hotel and that it was very convenient to the Termini, shopping, restaurants and of course, the little delis on the street. The service at reception and in the breakfast room was outstanding. The room was very tiny. However, since we were mostly sightseeing, that was OK. |

Very helpful staff. The room I was offered (after my first night in a tiny, awful room) was lovely. I loved the terrace with its chairs and table - great to relax after days spent sightseeing. Location is great. Bar and restaurant just steps away.well priced for central Rome. I would stay there again. Being given a horrible tiny room on my first night. When I booked I asked for a room with a balcony but the single room they gave me did not have one and was the worst hotel room ever. Breakfast quite ordinary and no coffee/tea facilities in room. |

Hotel was well located and the staff were friendly. The air conditioning was a welcome relief after walking in the heat all day. The shower was very small which would have been difficult if either of us had been bigger. |

The staff at the reception was really friendly but at the breakfast room they were very rude except for one woman. The shower was very small. But it has an excellent location, everything is very near and looks safe. |

Staff were friendly and willing to help with our needs. The room was clean. Free Wi-Fi was nice to have. The bed was horrible. Hardest mattress I have ever slept on. |

The location and distance to the metro was very comfortable. There was a step into the room (205) that caused to hit the feet and almost to fall. |

The staff is wonderful. Very helpful with information about the city, etc. The desk staff spoke English as well as Italian. Breakfast is great. The ladies serving were very kind to us and our children. It is very clean and accomodating. We had a very good stay at this sweet Rome hotel. In our room our 2 children had single beds, but my husband and I slept on a pull out sofa. It was not comfortable. |
