Bus and metro station just on step away from hotel!
area and room balcony was wonderful , have stayed in 4 star hotels before, but wll go back here
hair-dryer in room 403 , but everything else was great
Cleaness, friendly staff and location
Poor wi fi and no recreation area.
The proximity of the hotel, friendliness, cleanliness, basic breakfast, free wifi, courteous to hold our luggage before late flight.
Advertised picture on net is misleading, hotel is only 1 floor in building, small breakfast room not catering for many people, wifi only works in reception, no communication help regarding interesting tips for first time travellers, remember city tax per person of 4 euros per day, aircon not working and not fixed before arrival, noisy street but okay for 1 or 2 nights, third bunk bed very uncomfortable for 3 sleeper.

Advertised picture on net is misleading, hotel is only 1 floor in building, small breakfast room not catering for many people, wifi only works in reception, no communication help regarding interesting tips for first time travellers, remember city tax per person of 4 euros per day and not 2 euros as advertised due to increase, aircon not working and not fixed before arrival, noisy street but okay for 1 or 2 nights, third bunk bed very uncomfortable for 3 sleeper.
Good location and staff are friendly
Rooms and hotel are nothing like what you see on the pictures, they are very missleading, we were sure that we would get a lovely spacious room but in reality got a small room with a small bathroom that looked nothing like those on the pictures. Also to top it all off the wi-fi signal is terrible! We were only able to cath the signal in the reception are and in the end reception are became our internet cafe, half of the guest were sitting with us in order to get a decent wifi signal.
Kind staff (probably the only nice people that I've come across during our stay in Rome...). Room quite small but does its job. Breakfast good and allows saving a bit of money as everything is very expensive in Rome! Very good location. Brilliant cheap restaurant just around the corner. Overall, would recommend and stay again.
Very poor wifi connection in the room.
This hotel was close to the metro and to the sight seeing bus which was what we wanted. We booked at very short notice and we were delighted with the quality. Staff were very helpful. Gave us a map and showed us where to go.
Room was quite small but not a major issue. Was fine for the price we paid.
Very clean central hotel everything in walking distance. Very nice helpfull staff
Location was close to most of public transportations. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
No internet available at the room, should go to the hotel reception to access the wi-fi.
Hotel is close to Termini train station and Metro station A. It is quite easy to get to any place in center by foot. Personal is speaking English. Breakfast mainly consist of coffee, pies, bread, cereals and meat pate.
Room is small, furniture weared off and need great renewal. We took large double bed, but it was just a two beds put close to each other and we nearly get on the floor at night between those beds. Once, after we came back from city, we almost have stepped on decoration band with nail protruding from it. There is very loud around hotel, even at night time.
Have to agree with another review that it is not great but not awful either. All staff were really really friendly. Fab location.
Wiped the sticky floor myself with 1 from the the more than adequate supply of towels. Bit noisy at night but as we were so tired from sight seeing it wasnt really an issue.
dirty room, staff, noise, garbage in front of building, brekfast
The location is nice and close to the termini station. Checking in and out was quick, and I was able to check in earlier than the standard time. They even offered to store my luggage if the room wasn't ready yet.
The wifi availability is a tad misleading. If you have a room on floor 4, don't expect to have a connection. My AC was broken, but I was still charged full rate. The staff seemed uninterested and didn't see this as a problem. Night staff in particular was poor.
Good location. Clean. Helpfull staff
Breakfast was to simple. We put in a extra bed so we could sleep all togheter. No space left.
the room may be a bit too small but i understand most of the rooms in rome are small. the location is excellent! it's close proximity to the subway and the train station is a big plus! most of Rome's landmarks are also within easy reach. their staff is very helpful, always ready to assist their guests with anything.
bring a universal adapter for your gadgets, as they don't have any to lend their guests
Breakfast was really poor, bad was as hard as floor, wifi worked only in the lobby, and room wash´t cosy and nothing cosy.
Location was a bit of a walk from the main sights for the kids, but very close to termini station, from where we could reach anywhere in the city.
Terrible value for money. Awful Breakfast. No late check out or bag storage. Extremely noisey, had to buy earplugs for sleeping. Strangely, housekeeping would leave the new towels on the floor every day. Uncomfortable beds. No international channels on te TV.
The location close to Termini Station is great.
Firstly the room itself was totally different to the description and pictures advertised. The room was very old, dirty and not maintained well. There was chipped paint, holes in the walls, stains on the ceilings and furniture. There was mould in the bathroom shower and on the tiles. The furniture was all worn out and broken. The room was unbearably noisy. There is no late check out facility, bag storage room, or wifi contrary to the description. There was even blood on the wall next to the TV. The room was dirty, and in need of a deep clean. The breakfast was very poor, just a few breads and coffee, in a tiny uncomfortable room. Would not recommend this hotel. Very bad value for money.
Staff and location
Bed was not as comfortable,
Cheap, good customer service, perfect location
Facilities, noisy Aircond,
The location was good
- The breakfast was too expensive - A little bit noisy - Small bathroom
small rooms....lousy wifi...in breakfast room but ok in reception.
Good location, cheap eats close by. Metro only 1 min walk away. Very quiet at night. Great value for money
The bed was a little hard however bearable.
pretty good location, friendly staff, decent conditions.
can't stay a second with the windows open due to the noise. even at 3-4 AM... also, poor wifi signal and smartphones not connecting at all. be aware that you will have to pay a 10€ tax/per person (city tax)
