The hotel was in a good location near the city shopping area

It was hidden with a tiny sign, making it hard to find. The room was rather dusty and didn't seem very clean

It was unpretentious, comfortable, quiet, quirky.

A bit smelly as you came in quite often but otherwise a good place to be. The juices at breakfast weren't nice but the breakfast was otherwise adequate.

Spacious airy room with smart decor, free wifi (first we had in Sicily!), and friendly service. Handy location for sights.

No real issues. If you have a car, it would be challenging for parking. Surprisingly I expected more noise from outside but the windows seem to be well sound proofed.

Great hosptality. The whole staff was very friendly, Great service. We can very much recommend to stay there!

Good location, quiet street.

Bathroom had cockroaches, constantly smelt of urine. Second room we were in, shower door was completely broken (detached from shower), shower filthy - black with mould and mildew, showerhead covered in rusty stains and blocked. Air conditioner did not work properly. Only window in room led directly onto someone's terrase so had to have curtains closed at all times. Instead of a double bed we had two very small single beds pushed together (very uncomfortable for a couple travelling together). Breakfast was very poor, bread on Sunday was stale and hard (obviously left over from previous day). Receptionist forgot to leave our passports out despite us asking him to do so as we were leaving early. Phone number for problems during the night doesn't connect to reception - it connects to another guest's room! Overall, extremely poor - I was shocked and angry.

The location was good, also the breakfast was fine.

There was no elevator and we had to go to third floor with all our stuff.The room was not really clean, there was too much noise and the staff was not nice and helping. There was a computer wih free internet in the first floor, but the staff in the reception were not so happy when someone was using it and they were trying to bother him and make him go.

The Restroom and separate of living room and beds even not a suite.

La posizione è ideale sia per visitare la città sia durante il giorno, sia per uscire la sera. Inoltre non è lontano dalla stazione (15m a piedi). La stanza è molto spaziosa e dal simpatico gusto retrò. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

La colazione è sufficiente. Manca l'ascensore così come uno spazio di quiete dove leggere il giornale o relax o lavoro.

Stanza calda, ampia e arredata con gusto - posizione molto buona per la visita della città - il quartiere é molto caratteristico - inoltre a due passi dal mare

L'accesso alle camere passa da una scala abbastanza stretta e ripida - non c'é ascensore

Buona posizione vicina al centro, situato in una palazzina la ns stanza era carina e silenziosa.

Il bagno un po' vecchio con la doccia che non si chiudeva bene e il soffione pieno di calcare, mancanza del bide'
