The staff were very helpful getting me to the airport, and recommending places to eat. The TV was more like a radio... tiny! |

We stayed in room 107, the quality of the room was extremely poor, the bed was broken, the whower head bracket was broken, the bathroom toilet flusher was badly stained and dirty and the main room was very dark. We were due to leave after two nights but had such a disppointing experience after one night that we left the following morning. |

Very centrally located in the heart of Palermo. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful in answering questions and providing directions. Gabriella and Viviana running the front desk are both spectacularly gorgeous, too! ;-) |

Not the standard rooms - more unique by local oriented furniture. Hotel try to make the best out of it.Individueller als normale Hotels mit lokalem Cholorit - man gibt sich zumindestens sichtbar Mühe aus dem alten Kasten etwas zu machen. Personal freundlich. Bed very soft, ac didn´t work. Very loud quarter for almost the whole night.Bett war eindeutig zu weich, die Klimaanlage (elektrische "Kaltpuste von draußen") hat nicht funktioniert was wegen des sehr lauten Stadtviertels ein schließen der Fenster unmöglich gemacht hat. |

Our room was spacious with plenty of closet space...a rare thing in most boutique European hotels. I did not like that I had 2 bookings from you for the same time period. Because I was traveling already when Hotel Letizia emailed me to check on this (I had no access to the internet for 8 days before our reservation) I was charged 90 Euro for the first night of the 2nd booking. I request this charge be refunded asap. Please advise what you require from me in order to do this. |

got bitten 8 times during the night, my husband got bitten three times!!!!Staff member at breakfast was rude,unfriendly and unhelpful ,breakfast was not very good |

Hotel is well located in the city center. Hotel and room are well decorated. Shower larger than average. No lift and staircase is narrow: very uncorfotable with laggages. There where large cracks in the rooms and in the building, not the fault of the hotel itself but it felt a bit like the building was not holding very well. Breakfast slighlty below average |

Location - walking distance to most tourist sites in Palermo, Recently renovated - large rooms and bathroom. No lifts can be difficult for some tourists and location of street & hotel not easy to find when driving by car from airport due to traffic conditions, one way streets and renovations taking place everywhere. Online map requires more detail. |

Atmosfera molto accogliente. Camera spaziosa, silenziosa e curata nei dettagli. Il terzo letto era un vero e proprio letto e non una brandina aggiunta. Posizione centrale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. |
