It was a small hotel. The hotel was quiet. Our room was spacious (but not bathroom). Buffet breakfast was good. There was no lift. No English language news channel on tv. The bathroom in our Room 202 was very cramped. It was not possible to sit on the wc without knees touching the shower cubicle. Suggest remove bidet and re-site wc.

Location good and central with big parking area close by Palermo is not a very clean place though...streets littered with election debris. Good restaurants around. Room attendant on duty and female receptionist at arrival was the best staff member Big room Hot water failed one night and staff reluctant to acknowledge this Guy serving breakfast was not doing service - when your cup of coffee was ready you were summoned to the counter to collect.it. If he was busy on his mobile you waited. Worst breakfast of our trip.

Hôtel bien situé et accueil sympathique(merci Matteo); chambre joliment décorée, calme et confortable Le gardien qui travaille en fin de soirée ne transmet pas les appels téléphoniques de l'extérieur mais appelle dans la chambre pour qu'on n'oublie pas de venir payer la facture au soir de la veille du départ!!! Pas très cool...

Ho prenonotatto per consiglio dello staff organizatore del Convegno del Oasservatorio Nazionale creening, mi è piacituto la vicinanza con il centro storico, e il centro convegno. Nel hotel il riscaldamento non funzionaba, seguono loro era guasto, perciò hanno acceso il condizionatore che la prima notte buttaba area fredda tutta la notte, la seconda la hanno sistemata.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und Hilfsbereitschaft in allen Fragen Das Hotel lag zentral und ruhig. Für ältere Reisenden sollte man die vielen Stufen zum Hotel und den Zimmern beachten.Die Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich und dem Stil des Hotels angepasst.

das hotel entsprach den erwartungen im internet und wir waren während unseres aufenthaltes sehr zufrieden. das restaurant paterre (gehört nicht zum hotel) ist sehr zu empfehlen. leider gibt es keinen aufzug und mit koffer bis in die 2. etage ist mühsam.

Die Lage, in einer kleinen Seitenstraße nahe des Hafens war für uns perfekt. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, großzügig, sauber und ruhig. Das Bad war auch angenehm. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichaltig und lecker. Ich habe dieses kleine Hotel bereits mehreren Freunden weiter empfohlen und würde es jederzeit wieder wählen. Direkt nebendran gibt es eine leckere und preisgünstige Pizzeria, Wir haben uns im Hotel Letizia sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

La signora che ci ha accolto ed era sempre presente vale un dieci da sola!!!! Meravigliosa!!! Poi l'hotel è molto carino, una piccola Perla nel cuore di palermo. Stanza grande, tutto curato e pulito. Forse siamo stati fortunati, ma non cambierei niente!

la posizione e'centrale e permette la visita a molti monumenti della citta'. le camere sebbene poco luminose sono accoglienti e ammobiliate con mobili antichi ma in discreto stato, le camere sono dotate di un bel bagno. il personale e cortese e disponibile
