Location good and central with big parking area close by Palermo is not a very clean place though...streets littered with election debris. Good restaurants around. Room attendant on duty and female receptionist at arrival was the best staff member Big room

Hot water failed one night and staff reluctant to acknowledge this Guy serving breakfast was not doing service - when your cup of coffee was ready you were summoned to the counter to collect.it. If he was busy on his mobile you waited. Worst breakfast of our trip.

Excellent hotel about 15 minutes walk from the main station. Staff were very helpful, cleanliness was excellent, good breakfast and a very large room. Very good value. Within walking distance of most sights.

Much quieter than we thought ir would be. Nice lcation, handy for City and harbour.

Good location, quiet street.

Bathroom had cockroaches, constantly smelt of urine. Second room we were in, shower door was completely broken (detached from shower), shower filthy - black with mould and mildew, showerhead covered in rusty stains and blocked. Air conditioner did not work properly. Only window in room led directly onto someone's terrase so had to have curtains closed at all times. Instead of a double bed we had two very small single beds pushed together (very uncomfortable for a couple travelling together). Breakfast was very poor, bread on Sunday was stale and hard (obviously left over from previous day). Receptionist forgot to leave our passports out despite us asking him to do so as we were leaving early. Phone number for problems during the night doesn't connect to reception - it connects to another guest's room! Overall, extremely poor - I was shocked and angry.

The location was good, also the breakfast was fine.

There was no elevator and we had to go to third floor with all our stuff.The room was not really clean, there was too much noise and the staff was not nice and helping. There was a computer wih free internet in the first floor, but the staff in the reception were not so happy when someone was using it and they were trying to bother him and make him go.

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der MitarbeiterInnen, die zentrale Lage; unser Zmmer (105) war sehr groß, eher eine Suite, dazu ein wunderschönder Außensitzplatz.

Das Innere des Hotels hat einen gewissen "morbiden Charme". Einiges (Fenster, Türen) bedürfte einer Renovierung. Aber in seiner Art passt es zur gesamten Umgebung jenes Stadtteils von Palermo.

Staff estremamente gentile e cordiale. Avevamo prenotato una camera doppia ma dato che stavamo solo una notte ci è stata assegnata allo stesso prezzo una suite. Albergo in ottima posizione. Camere silenziose. Colazione all'altezza.

La cortesia e la disponibilità del personale e la cura degli ambienti.

Buona posizione vicina al centro, situato in una palazzina la ns stanza era carina e silenziosa.

Il bagno un po' vecchio con la doccia che non si chiudeva bene e il soffione pieno di calcare, mancanza del bide'

Personnel très serviable et disponible. La situation géograhique excellente, dans le centre mais dans une ruelle à l'écart de la circulation.

Le petit déjeuner. Nous ne sommes de gros mangeurs le matin, mais le buffet est plutôt maigre, pas de choix.

Очень приятный, по-сицилийски душевный отель, расположенный радом с пьяцца Марина, университетом, рынком Вуччирия и старым портом. Рядом с отелем порядка 5 - 6 традиционных ресторанчиков с очень вкусной, хотя и не по сицилийским ценам дорогой кухней. В светлое время суток в пределах лёгкой пешей доступности Кваттро Канти и почти вся виа Македа. В тёмное время суток лучше ограничиться пьяццей Марина и близлежащей освещённой улицей: город достаточно своеобразен. В отеле при выселении можно оставить багаж до вечера.

В умывальнике плохо работал слив, вода постоянно задерживалась. В случае пребывания более 1 суток, наверное, это начнёт серьёзно напрягать. Сейф установлен ненадёжно, не закреплён болтами в шкафу, при желании его можно просто унести.
