Good location near the Termini and Metro; breakfast is good for me. Staff is helpful.Bathroom is clean.

We loved everything about the Lirico! Tony and all of the staff were extremely helpful and made us feel so welcome from the minute we walked into the hotel. Tony recommended excellent restaurants, all within a few minutes of walking from the hotel. The location was perfect; close enough to the train station and a wonderful variety of shops and eateries yet far enough away from the hustle of Rome's piazzas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious! There is an incredible amount of care and detail in making their guests feel welcome! We were delighted at all the Hotel Litrico had to offer and we would definitely stay there again. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed nightly walks, plus there were banks and newsstands and quaint shops all around. Staying at the Lirico made our Rome experience a wonderful and memorable part of our trip!

The hotel location was excellently positioned for both the station & the historical sites, managed to walk to all of these. Breakfast was basic but edible continental style. Lots of eateries around. Room fine looking onto the theatre, really enjoyable stay.

How helpful & friendly the staff were. Nothing was too much trouble. Location - ideal.

I love Lirico. I stay every year. The perfect hotel. Friendly, clean, and stylish. My favorite.

Location - approx. 5 minutes' walk to the Termini Station and 10 minutes to the Collosseum. Rooms were small, but clean with beautiful wallpapers.

Staff was not really nice, breakfast was poor with very limited choice.

The whole ambienll the guests were vertce of the place was good and all the guests werte friendly.

First night we couldnt get the television to work the next night it did but couldnt change channels or turn the volume down. The last two nighs thought the hotel had fixed the problem.

1, the staff is very helpful, warmhearted 2, when I was sick, they offer me the free medicine to the room, treat me very well. 3, breakfast is very good, I like that. 4, very nice view in the room, towards to Rome Opera square, room is not very big, but size is reasonable for 2 customers.

Very well located, in a central and safe area. Good breakfast for a 3 star hotel. The room was very cosy and clean. Even though it was winter we never had to use the extra blankets provided. The friendly staff was able to give good advice and speak english.

The shower was indeed small, but that wasn't really a problem honestly.

The location was good and close to the train station. It was within walking distance to public transportation and we booked a hop on hop off bus tour so it was perfect to walk to the bus stop. The rooms were clean and unique. I was especially impressed with the bathrooms compared to the other hotels that we had stayed at in Italy.

We originally booked one night at the hotel for a set price. We decided to stay extra nights when we realized that the location was good and the hotel was clean. The hotel agreed that we would pay the same rate for the remainder of the 3 nights, however when we checked out they charged us more than what was originally agreed upon. The man working at the desk insisted that it was not his hotel so that he could not do anything about it. This was the main complaint we had. Also the WiFi connection on the 3rd floor was not very strong.

Only thing was we didn't get wifi in the room but if ya go to reception/bar area you get it .

Breakfast was really nice. On the breakfast we had an excellent coffee. The hotel made really good impression. We recommend it for you!

The reception desk on the second floor without elevator.

Location easy to finde close to the termini station, but enough far away from noise next to theater and beautifull square with palmtrees, staff really polite gave all atention needed, room was clean cosy and with sky tv had no nasty hotell smell, breakfast finished at 10, so we were to late..next time maybe :)

Reception at the hotel - Tony especially was super friendly and helpful. He recommended excellent yet reasonable restaurants near the hotel and both were perfect for what we were looking for. Hotel was really clean, tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delightful and bountiful with a variety of choices. Great value!

Hotel is on the first floor of building so you must carry your bags up one flight of stairs. Not a problem for us as we travel light, but could be difficult for some guests.

Staff friendly and helpful. Extremely convenient for an evening at the opera, which is 100 metres away.

Tony the receptionist was very kind with us, he told us what to do and recomended good places for dinner. The man that is in the kitchen is not so kind, he didn´t bring us a good service during breakfast. The hotel is old, but in Roma everythig is old. Room is confortable and clean, but it had a strong humidity smell. The best of all was the location, we walk to everywhere from there.

Location is good - close to Termini station and Via Nationale which is good for shopping. You can also walk to Coloseum. But to get a real Rome experience you may want to consider locations closer to Piazza Navone or so...

The decor is very weird - dark fabric on the walls. Besides the room could be a bit cleaner. The breakfast is very basic crammed in a small room. Overall not the best option for the money.
