Hotel Lis  

We were met at the hotel door by the owner himself, who helped carrying our luggage up to the room. Every staff member was friendly. Excellent service overall.

We have stayed here before as it is a convenient overnight stop between our homes in London and Umbria. The owners are charming and always helpful. The rooms are simple but very clean with fruit and wine , the breakfast is excellent with fresh oranges to squeeze, fresh eggs to boil and as many esperessi or cappuccini as you like. Easy walk to a number of good restaurants and tempting shops.

Nice and clean with walking distance to centre old town.The staff was professional and no extra fees for parking or wifi internet.We will go again...

The Hotel Lis is very comfortable, great bed, big bathroom and shower. We were very comfortable. Very good breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Mr. Ribero was the ultimate host, friendly, helpful and charming. He was very concerned that we were comforatble and had a great restaurant recommendation- truffles at a reasonable price! He really helped us out when he had to help us get our towed rental out of the compound, that was fantastic! The Lis location is easy to find and close to the historic center. Asti is a great central location for exploring, I recommend the Hotel Lis!!

We chose to stay at Hotel Lis because of its location to City Centre. It was very convenient and within an easy walk. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The hotel staff was, at times, on their knees polishing the marble floors. We were given fruit and a bottle of local wine at check- in and a second bottle of wine was in our room when we had finished the first. Hotel staff was very friendly and gave wonderful restaurant suggestions. There was a complementary breakfast buffet that had good variety. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again, if in Asti.

The staff were excellent, very helpful, the hotel is opposite the asti city park and close to the city centre, I highly recommend it

We were there during the Palio held in September. The location was great. The Palio was amazing. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely do it again. We really liked Asti - great restaurants and shopping; history and museums and quaintness of community.

Generally good - fairly simple but pleasant. The downtown is several blocks away - but easy to get to

Excellent breakfast, helpful staff and fast internet. Location and parking also good.

The staff were very helpful. Very obliging in helping us with storing our bikes and refreezing our icepacks! The fruit bowl and wine in the room was a lovely touch to welcome us.

Nice location right on the park, easy walk to restaurants, shops, sights. Comfortable room with a lovely plate of fresh fruit waiting. Large lounge/breakfast room in lobby.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was broad and delicious and they had good coffee (which is very important for us), also, we could leave our car for free in front of the hotel. Some of the personal are not really good at speaking english, but they were motivated to help anyway, so we didn't care.
