The location

The location is the only positive thing about this hotel,the reception people are very poor in communication and attitude, I asked for companies that can arrange for a city tour and the receptionist did not even bother to show me the brochure of city tour company,the only answer I got is"you have to arrange every thing yourself" , I had to look for the brochure at the hotel disk, the breakfast was reasonable but again the people serving it are of bad attitude.My advise to everyone:please go to other hotels in the same region as you will really be offended by the attitude.they also charge 5 Euro/h for internet which I believe is too high and and should be included in the rate as this hotel is claiming to be 4 stars,the a/c works by programmed timer which switches it on and off at different times,my worst moments were when I wake up at 3 in the morning feeling very warm and the simple answer I got from the receptionist is"you have to wait until 6 in the morning to restart the a/c", I was totaly unhappy with my stay at this hotel

The location of the hotel was excellent, only 2 metro stops away from Il Duomo, or 10min walking distance. Our room was very quiet and the staff was very polite and helpful. They even folded our pajamas when they cleaned our room. The breakfast is ok, nothing fancy, but they offer delicious coffee and cappuccino, maybe better than in a cafe.

The air conditioning was broken, so we had to bear the heat, which is something you don't expect or appreciate from a 4-star hotel. The photos of the triple room don't really match; the furniture is similar, but the bathroom is much smaller than it looks in the photos. Also, the hair dryer is very bad, it takes a lot of effort to keep it on. The WiFi was very expensive, it was 5 euros per hour, or 12 euros for 3 hours and you can only connect with one device (we connected with one phone and then realized we couldn't connect with our iPad).

Good location 10 minutes from Piazza Duomo

The breakfast was very poor of very law quality and refill was late and not sufficient.A Lot of noise as well in the rooms as well.

Hotel lloyd is near the center of the city. The staff is friendly.Hotel is clean and quiet

The personel who served the breakfast, when cleaning the table make an anbearable noise slamming dishes.

Location. The most unpleasant thing is that the hotel was trying to write off the money from the card again.

Location, close to Missori metro and walking distance from Duomo.

The aircon didn't work and it was 35c. I asked for a view on the Duoma, but then you are on the side of the road and the trem and trafic is very noisy.

This hotel has a great location, a few minutes walk from the heart of the city yet quiet. Friendly staff, but the breakfast choices could be better.
