The location

The location is the only positive thing about this hotel,the reception people are very poor in communication and attitude, I asked for companies that can arrange for a city tour and the receptionist did not even bother to show me the brochure of city tour company,the only answer I got is"you have to arrange every thing yourself" , I had to look for the brochure at the hotel disk, the breakfast was reasonable but again the people serving it are of bad attitude.My advise to everyone:please go to other hotels in the same region as you will really be offended by the attitude.they also charge 5 Euro/h for internet which I believe is too high and and should be included in the rate as this hotel is claiming to be 4 stars,the a/c works by programmed timer which switches it on and off at different times,my worst moments were when I wake up at 3 in the morning feeling very warm and the simple answer I got from the receptionist is"you have to wait until 6 in the morning to restart the a/c", I was totaly unhappy with my stay at this hotel

It is an average hotel,average quality,average comfort,average breakfast,not so close to the city center (2 metro stations away),but I can say overpriced for all these

Old furniture - Limited breakfast

Excellent location, large spacious and clean comfortable room, great if you dont spent too much time inside, just come back to sleep. Nothing to be excited about, just the basic staff.

modest basic breakfast, waiters we very relactant to bring extra cup of coffee! personel seems aloof, not particular friendly or helpful, very much businesslike, cold even.No free wifi even in the lobby, a consistent problem throughout all Italy ( dont expect to find free wifi at the numerous cafes either!) No bathrobe or slippers at the room even though it is a 4 star hotel.

Location, close to Missori metro and walking distance from Duomo.

The aircon didn't work and it was 35c. I asked for a view on the Duoma, but then you are on the side of the road and the trem and trafic is very noisy.

The hotel is perfectly located, we could see the Dome from our window. We had a nice smokers' room on the 5th floor. The staff is very helpfull. The breakfast was ok, a nice variety of fruits, croissants/pastry, milk, mortadella, salami, cheese, yogourt, scrambled/boiled eggs. The coffee and espresso is to die for.

Not really a 4 stars hotel, it definetly needs refurbishing. No slippers or bathrobe were provided. One morning, at breakfast, one of the waiters was staring conspicuously at our plates, practically counting the amount of food on them. This really made us feel very uncomfortable (thanks Rico)!

It was close to Duomo region and also quite enough clear, next time I can also selecet the same hotel

the room where I stayed was with enough area which is something not common for this price.

The room was above the automatic front doors which opened and closed all night long

Location was acessible to the Metro and within walking distance to the Duomo.

Front desk staff and restaurant staff were curt but professional.

Helpful staff, good command of english .
