Location is absolutely perfect for feeling atmosphere of Venice. Hotel quite easy to find if follow directions from hotel site. Actually it’s situated near museum Querini Stampalia and yellow sings to it are great help. Wi-fi is OK. Breakfast is quite normal. Hotel is cozy and homelike . staff is helpful but sometimes you should remind if they forgot something, just don’t expect telepathy and everything would be fine :)

This is a typical 3 star hotel but the staff is excellent and ery helpful. It is very difficult to find. They need to put a really good map and set of written directions on thier website. Hard to find

Overall the facility was okay, nothing special but was comfortable. The best part of the hotel was it's proximity to the Basillica but yet far enough away that you didn't feel trapped by tourists. I don't believe the description had the 2nd bed for our kids as being a roller bed. The room was big enough for the four of us but a little suprising to having the roller bed as the other bed.

I didn't like anything about hotel except it was near San Marco square. 1. Staff didn't help much 2. It was not as good as i expected. 3. Breakfast was not good. 4. Rooms were hot, small and smelling. 5. No value for money. 6. Difficult to find hotel location.

Bathroom was tiny - but the fact that you have a terrace ovelooking the canal more than made up for it. Breakfast was simple, and knowing that there were rooms off of the breakfast area meant that you felt you had to be quiet, but staff were very frinedly, and location was brilliant.

great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was large, but furniture and fixtures a little worse for wear, 3 lightbulbs needing replacement, but no spares onsite! Shower lovely but so small you had to slide in sideways and doors did not open and close easily. Hotel computer was a dinosaur, but free.

Sa situation géographique, son personnel et la chambre. Le manque de tables pour le petit déjeuner : 4 tables de 2 personnes pour 10 chambres, il faut mieux arriver avant 8 heures sinon ce n'est pas agréable d'attendre debout en attendant que les autres terminent leur petit déjeuner. La qualité du petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 3 étoiles : café soluble, croissants réchauffés et pain pas frais;

удобное расположение, большой удобный номер; антикварная, но удобная мебель. бесплатный интернет; есть небольшой холодильник в номере. очень тихое место, в трех минутах ходьбы от пл.св.марка. очень доброжелательный персонал. очень ограниченный выбор на завтрак, если хотите хороший экспрессо - об этом нужно отдельно предупреждать - иначе нальют бочкового кофе. маленький зал для завтрака, если все просыпались одновременно - кому- то приходилось ждать очереди позавтракать. горячая вода после 10 утра исчезала до обеда. постель и полотенца меняют только после личной просьбы.

L'hotel est très agréable , l'accueil est chaleureux et les explications pour l'orientation dans la ville sont très bien. Un peu difficile à trouver quand on ne connait pas la ville mais après c'est facile

Super Lage fünf Gehminuten vom Markusplatz. Sauber, freundliches Personal. Ich hatte Einzlezimmer mit kleiner Terasse und Blick auf einen Kanal. Findet man nicht jeden Tag. Zimmer klein. Frühstück von 8 - 10. Um 9 Uhr gab es bereits kein Brot mehr.

Хорошее местоположение отеля, но хамское отношение персонала испортило настроение всей семье в последний день отдыха. Заявленный шведский стол, не назовешь таковым. В конце ноября в комнатах уже было холодно.
