The breakfast, the cleaniness and the location The fact that the all guests had to leave their keys during the day. This meant that when we once arrived back at 12am, the manager was very annoyed that he had to be woken in order to let us in. |

The hotel is in a great location - a short walk from the bus drop-off point on Piazzale Roma and about 10 minutes walk from the Rialto bridge. The room was a good size and the en-suite shower room was modern and clean. The breakfast was very nice - the croissants are excellent and the coffee was very good. Luca, the guy who seems to be in charge, is very helpful and courteous but could do with cheering up a bit. |

Breakfast in restaurant was great and the staff was helpful. Perfect location away from the horrendous crowds, but with Piazzale Roma just around the corner everything was within reach by vaporetto. |

Very conveniently located and a very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are small but have everything one needs. The cleaning lady kept rearranging our bags, toiletries and papers that we had left out. |

Chose this hotel for it's location between the train station and Piazza Roma. Came in on a late train and need to be at the bus to the airport early in the morning. The value for the money was excellent. |

Friendly staff ,small but warm and comfortable clean room with modern ensuite bathroom for our November 07 stay. Nicely located hotel 4mins.from Piazzale roma and within easy walking distance of all main tourist attractions. |

We liked the location, not too far from the train station and was easy to find. The room was nice and the breakfast was also very nice. The restaurant next door was right out side our window and it was very load till 2am. But then they tell the guests to be quite after 9pm. Strange!!! |

The hotel was conveniently located to both railway and bus stations and we liked the view from our room overlooking a canal. The area was quiet and there were some reasonably good but not expensive restaurants close by. The staff were helpful. The hotel (recommended by friends who had stayed there) suited our needs well and we were very happy with the choice. The breakfast, taken at the restaurant next door, was adequate but offered exactly the same each morning. We would have liked a little more variety. |
