Tot, menys els aspectes secundaris que poso mes avall. La situació crec que també es bona, a 2min. caminant de l'estació central i a 3 del començament del centre, en un carrer i zona tranquila, tot i que les habitacions ja tenen un doble vidre.Esmorçar notable alt. Clarament recomenable. Només la conexió a internet a la zona comuna del hotel (es tallava sovint) i el detall que no van reposar un got trencat. I potser també un minibar una mica escàs per la categoria. |

Té una bona situació, pots anar a peu al centre. El parquing del cotxe és molt comode. Hi ha molta part de Florencia en obres i en concret aquesta zona és una mica caòtica arribar-hi tant en cotxe com a peu. |

The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was rich, it's 5 mins by foot to beautiful romanesque church St. Maria Novella and 5 mins from SMN train station. A bit dodgy area at night time, staff not exactly unfriendly but "too professional" and impersonal |

Practically everything was fine. Comfortable very clean room, super buffet breakfast, Did not bother with gym or sauna but equipment seemed in very good condition. ok our room was seperated from the next room by a locked wooden door. Could have been noisy but luckily this room was unoccupied during our stay except the first night when the occupants complained to us about the volume of our tv at 9.00pm which was barely audible from inside our room! |

The Hotel Londra was good value for money and the staff were eager to assist with language and tourist advice. Food and service was excellent. |

It has a good variety of food for breakfast. The dining area and lobby is clean and modern. It was very convenient to have free unlimited internet access in the rooms but sometimes the wireless wasn't working too well. The rooms we got was different from what it was shown in the website!! We stayed there for 3 night and it wasn't until after the second night that we bumped into a couple who had the same situation as us and requested for room change. Apparently the "recentl renovation" was only done from lobby to 3rd floor. Anything above 4th floor was old!! The bed was very soft, carpet and bathroom sink, shower was old, nothing like what we saw on the website. When we asked the reception for room change, he told us that we ordered the "standard classic room" but on their website, the standard classic room was new too! Anyway, eventho it was troublesome to change room for the last night but it was well worth it. |

The service was fast and efficient. The hotel was modern and clean. The food was very nice. The staff never smiled, and were not friendly. |

Location is good. Checking-in and out is fast. Breakfast is quite rich. Bathroom with bathtube is spacious and ok. Air condition did not work. Minibar was broken. There was only one bathingcoat in triple room. Fittnesroom and its equipments are out-of-date. |

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was new, clean and very comfortable. We did have a shower that spilled water out...a slight design fault. The hotel just gave us extra towls to fix it. Maybe they should fix the bath. |

Very close to station which was convenient for train and city bus tour. Breakfast was nice. Bar staff very friendly. A bit of a walk into centre of town for elderly relatives. |

There was nothing too wrong with it. Clean and comfortable. Staff not fabulous and a cab ride into town everytime. Staff not that welcoming or helpful. Terrible internet access. Location not ideal. |
