Té una bona situació, pots anar a peu al centre. El parquing del cotxe és molt comode. Hi ha molta part de Florencia en obres i en concret aquesta zona és una mica caòtica arribar-hi tant en cotxe com a peu. |

I have found it very hard to find a hotel that can accomodate a family of 4 and this hotel was easily able to provide a family room with very comfortable beds. Free Internet access and location to the train station and major sites was a plus. |

Great location, very close to main train station, walking distance to main sights. Helpful staff, excellent shower, good breakfast. Internet mostly worked, but was a bit flakey at times. |

Good location and convenient facilities There was a grouchy bad tempered non Italian female staff at the desk who was entirly unhelpful and a shame to the hospitality industry. |

We liked the ambience of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. It was a very well maintained facility and breakfast was great. Coffee was not so good though. The sitting area outside was awesome. |

Location was the great for the train station (2 min walk) and about a 10 min walk to the main part of Florence - there was no need for any taxis. The room was excellent value for money and was one of the nicest we'd stayed in during our trip to Italy - definitely worth a stay if you're in Florence. Breakfast was varied, including hot and cold options. Nothing - a really good hotel. |

Very modern, funky rooms and really helpful staff - they even recommended a restaurant which had a man in a tuk tuk come and pick us up and take us back for free! also great location near train station but not too near and only 15 min walk into main part of city. random shower arrangement, not a proper shower tray which ended up with water all over bathroom floor and into hall, not ideal havnig to mop it up every time we used it! wished there was a swimming pool instead of a sauna as would have topped off out stay, even a plunge pool would have done! who wants a sauna in that lovely climate?! |

Location was within walking distance of all main sights. Basic room. Shower was poor quality with limited hot water. No bath. Sound proofing was absymal, which is paramount with wooden floors and interlinking rooms. Struggle to understand 4 star rating. |

The hotel is very convenient to the Firenza Termini and most other key sites in Florence. The room was both clean and comfortable. I would definately stay here again. Good value |

Comfortable, clean, helpfull friendly staff and near to the train station, ideal if you have lots of luggage. The breakfast is really something, excellent choice for all cultures including cooked English breakfast or champagne and orange juice if it takes your fancy!! |

The location to the train and sights were wonderful. The hotel was very clean and the room was larger then other hotels we stayed in Italy. The people at the desk were very helpful and friendly. Also, the breakfast was wonderful. |

Very close to the station, clean rooms, helpful staff, good decor, wonderful breakfast the facilities which can are complimentary should be informed to the traveller as a good gesture - though this is not a complaint but will surely add service value so far as the hotel is concerned. |
