Professional staff that conducted the business of the hotel courteously and efficiently. All questions answered and most needs anticipated. Hotel services included complimentary WiFi that was easy to connect and was at a good speed. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of food types, hot and cold. This was our second stay at this hotel.

The breakfasts were fantastic. The room was clean and well cared for. Location from the main train station was great...well within walking distance, even with luggage. The gym facilities wer ample for a traveler. The views left a bit to be desired...but the city is rather crowded. Not much to be done about that.

The hotel was nice and clean,,,the breakfast buffet was ok,, hotel staff were nice and friendly,,,but realy there is no concierge ,,they tried to help,,but they are lack of tourist information gym and sauna,,are realy bad and they need to updated generaly speaking i recomend the hotel for short stay up to 4 days but not more

good and secure car park and pet friendly the walls are like paper. you hear every single noise from the corridor, other rooms, toilets, showers, etc. very difficult to sleep.

Excellent location for travellers by train, good sized family room with plenty of bed space, very responsive and friendly staff. Locker in room was not working - but we were offered the use of the hotel safe. Air conditioning not effective - but in April, it didn't matter much - and staying on the 6th floor, we could leave the windows open.

It is very well located - really close to the train station and they offer free wi-fi with a good speed. Breakfast is also good. The smell of cigarrette in the bathroom was unpleasant. And it was a non-smoking room.

The front desk person Gianluca was amazing. He helped us get to where we wanted to go all around town. He went above and beyond the call of duty and made our experience manageable. First the shower leaked all over the bathroom. It was such a poor design. We had to cover the floor in towels the whole time we stayed. That was very uncomfortable. Second there was no air-conditioning in our room. The room was extremely hot, at night we had to open the window and door. Then mosquitoes came in and the noise from the outside was very loud. All three of us had mosquito bites. Needless to say the comfort was lacking tremendously.

Profesional hotel staff, nice and helpful. Clean rooms and easy to park the car. First room was a bit dark, so we upgraded it to a design room for 20 Euro. It was much better, but it was very humid due to the fact that the shower doors where damaged - water was all over the floor after shower. We used almost all the towels to dry it up. We had to open the windows, and in the morning we where eaten up by bugs!

The bed was uncomfortable and might have bed bugs since both my wife and me have were always woken up in the middle of the night due to itch during our 3 night stay there. The air conditioner was down and the room was stuffy even after leaving the windows open.

Breakfest was nice with a wide variety. Location to the city center. No tempature control in the romm due to the time of the year and it was uncomfortable at times. Stay on the train track side and it was a bit noisy. There was a sewage smell through out the hotel in the public areas the night we stayed there.

My stay was nice however I was place in a room that was joined to a room that had pets. This was a huge inconvienence and requested to be moved b/c of the barking and loud music. I was very grateful that the front desk listened to my concerns and accomodated my request. I didn't care for the location. I would have preferred to be closer in the centro.

Hotel is close to Firenze smn Station. Within walking distance to the key tourist places and also key dining areas which open late. Clean and has sufficient facilities. Really needs to increase size of tv. Also I think there needs to be additional channels which are English-language and /or international channels.

Rooms were large and reasonably clean. Service is polite. The hotel restaurant serves great food, pricey but delicious! Close to Central station, off main road. Breakfast was really comprehensive and good selection. Gym is outdated. Rooms were not soundproof.

SOme of the rooms have balconies. They also have coffee and tea making facilities which is almost unheard of in Italy. The hotel decor was dated. The new 'design rooms' are smaller than the older rooms - and have the most ridiculous bathrooms ever designed. The horizontal bath causes the shower water to flood on to the floor, which in turn floods the bedroom. The wall between the two is severely water damaged as a result. Very tacky decor throughout the hotel and a fair way to walk to the city.
