A fürdőszoba komfortos és mindig szépen kitakarítottak. A reggeli széles válsztékú és bőséges. A légkondicionálás nem működött megfelelően gyakorlatilag szinte nem volt, a minibár nem hűtött. A bútorok jócskán lehasznált állapotban voltak. |

A szálloda elhelyezkedése kitűnő,pár lépésre a fő látnivalóktól.Hárman utaztunk a gyermekemmel,a szoba nagy, tágas,hangszigetelt ablakokkal.A klima tökéletesen működött,hangtalan.Egyetlen kifogásolható dolog a reggeli volt.Kevés a választék. A reggeli elég egyszerű volt egy négycsillagos szállodához képest.Paradicsom,paprika,uborka a reggelihez csak extradij ellenében.Kevés volt a választék,kétféle felvágott,illetve sajt. |

The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was rich, it's 5 mins by foot to beautiful romanesque church St. Maria Novella and 5 mins from SMN train station. A bit dodgy area at night time, staff not exactly unfriendly but "too professional" and impersonal |

The room was awesome, nice balcony, tv screens in the mirrors, comfortable bed, good lighting. Room was a little small. The shower also dripped a large amount of water - you almost couldn't take a shower because of all the drainage. |

Practically everything was fine. Comfortable very clean room, super buffet breakfast, Did not bother with gym or sauna but equipment seemed in very good condition. ok our room was seperated from the next room by a locked wooden door. Could have been noisy but luckily this room was unoccupied during our stay except the first night when the occupants complained to us about the volume of our tv at 9.00pm which was barely audible from inside our room! |

It has a good variety of food for breakfast. The dining area and lobby is clean and modern. It was very convenient to have free unlimited internet access in the rooms but sometimes the wireless wasn't working too well. The rooms we got was different from what it was shown in the website!! We stayed there for 3 night and it wasn't until after the second night that we bumped into a couple who had the same situation as us and requested for room change. Apparently the "recentl renovation" was only done from lobby to 3rd floor. Anything above 4th floor was old!! The bed was very soft, carpet and bathroom sink, shower was old, nothing like what we saw on the website. When we asked the reception for room change, he told us that we ordered the "standard classic room" but on their website, the standard classic room was new too! Anyway, eventho it was troublesome to change room for the last night but it was well worth it. |

Location is good. Checking-in and out is fast. Breakfast is quite rich. Bathroom with bathtube is spacious and ok. Air condition did not work. Minibar was broken. There was only one bathingcoat in triple room. Fittnesroom and its equipments are out-of-date. |

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was new, clean and very comfortable. We did have a shower that spilled water out...a slight design fault. The hotel just gave us extra towls to fix it. Maybe they should fix the bath. |
