Hotel Londra

Stilig innredning, litt retro. Deilig stor seng med dyne :-) Sentral beliggenhet.

Grei beliggenhet til byen, hotellet var også rent og pent hotell. Rommene var store og fine og hadde de fasilitene som et fire stjernes hotell bør ha.

Hotellpersonalet opptrådte noe stivt og lite personlig, det var også noe stive priser på mat og drikke.

Svarte hår på gulvet under nattbordet.

That it was close to the railway station.

The staff could be more serviceminded. When seated in the hotel bar we had to to look for the personel in a room behind the bar almost every time. The airconditioning was not adjustable (it was adjustable but there was no change in temperatur).

Great location, very close to main train station, walking distance to main sights. Helpful staff, excellent shower, good breakfast. Internet mostly worked, but was a bit flakey at times.

Good location and convenient facilities

There was a grouchy bad tempered non Italian female staff at the desk who was entirly unhelpful and a shame to the hospitality industry.

I loved the staff, restaraunts and breakfasts. The room was quiet and comfortable...Please write at least 15 words

I liked the modern decor of the Hotel. It was recently renovated.

One of the receptionists was rude.

Very modern, funky rooms and really helpful staff - they even recommended a restaurant which had a man in a tuk tuk come and pick us up and take us back for free! also great location near train station but not too near and only 15 min walk into main part of city.

random shower arrangement, not a proper shower tray which ended up with water all over bathroom floor and into hall, not ideal havnig to mop it up every time we used it! wished there was a swimming pool instead of a sauna as would have topped off out stay, even a plunge pool would have done! who wants a sauna in that lovely climate?!

Location was within walking distance of all main sights.

Basic room. Shower was poor quality with limited hot water. No bath. Sound proofing was absymal, which is paramount with wooden floors and interlinking rooms. Struggle to understand 4 star rating.

The hotel is very convenient to the Firenza Termini and most other key sites in Florence. The room was both clean and comfortable. I would definately stay here again. Good value

Excellent, friendly service from the hotel staff. The contemporary decor and rooms were spacious and clean.
