Grei beliggenhet til byen, hotellet var også rent og pent hotell. Rommene var store og fine og hadde de fasilitene som et fire stjernes hotell bør ha. Hotellpersonalet opptrådte noe stivt og lite personlig, det var også noe stive priser på mat og drikke. |

Hardly anything, considering the price. There were two basic problems with this hotel: 1. The air condition (A/C) struggled to keep the room temperature below 25-28 degrees C (same as outside). 2. When we tried to complain, we were told that there was absolutely nothing wrong, that A/C´s in Italy are supposed to work this way, and, since we were still not happy, that we were having a serious attitude problem. |

That it was close to the railway station. The staff could be more serviceminded. When seated in the hotel bar we had to to look for the personel in a room behind the bar almost every time. The airconditioning was not adjustable (it was adjustable but there was no change in temperatur). |

the view of florence from the sixth floor was wonderful, specially with a full moon adding to the beauty, the staff friendly, room was big and comfortable for 3, spotless, location excellant for transportation from railway station at the moment road works in front of hotel, thankfully no work was going on at the weekend, |

Kind staff, reasonable+ price/quality ratio Hotel looks old, up to renovation, but rooms are fine. Sauna is veyr small, not really separated from gym (strange feeling). |

The room has a comtemporary modern design. The buffet spread is excellent, well qualified for a 4 stars hotels' standard in Europe. No airconditioning. Even though we arrived in the mid of autumn, the sun is very strong at noon. There is no airconditioning in the room. At night, we have to open the doors to sleep and that added a sense of insecurity. |
