Needing somewhere close to train station as travelling with 2 young children and lots of luggage... Staff were friendly, baby cot avail for use, breakfast was filling, only issue was getting there with road works out side but not hotels fault. Signs posted on streets to find the way.. Would be back. |

it is nice to find a hotel which has modern desinged rooms in the center of the historical city florence. hotel has wonderfull roof. succest you to have a cup of coffe under the tuscany morning sun shing. |

The staff at the reception counter were friendly and efficient. The location was handy to the train station. The room was dirty, the bathroom/toilet was extremely dirty and had a terrible odour during our stay, which was almost unbearable. The breakfast was possibly the worst hotel breakfast we had during our stay in Europe. The good location did not make up for the lack of cleanliness as there are many other hotels nearby. |

Sould advise clients of the area!. Quite a mess to access and in general, I would not say the hotel is poor, but the area is really questionalble for a business traveler, expecting clients to call! |

The appearance of the hotel was excellent especially the garden, it was very relaxing. There was a lot of mosquitos in the room, despite a mosquito plug being constantly on. Everytime we were in the room we were getting biten. This was not the case in another hotel we had stayed in 5 days earlier in Florence. Mosquitos appeared to be getting in through air conditioning vents. I would recommend this hotel if the mosquito problem in the room was addressed |
