Prezentarea e putin exagerata. Este o diferenta mare intre oferta de pe net si realitate. Net-ul nu functioneaza la etajele superioare. Amplasarea hotelului este cam la dos.Pretul mare fata de realitate. |

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is also a very short walk from the train station and the historic center of the city. We were also within short walking distance to a laundry facility. Our remodeled room was amazing. The hotel initially tried to place us in a old room instead of an updated room that is shown on the website. They should automatically place you in a newer room if it is available and if not they should offer a discounted rate for older rooms. |

The room and the bathroom were quiet big, accomodating very well a family. Breakfast was nice and it's great there is a restaurant available, speciall with a kid's menu. The room is just in front of the street, so it can be noisy sometimes. |

In high floor ( I live in six), you will have a wonderful view to enjoy Florence, quite envirment, only five munite walking distance away from Centro train station. Geat breakfast and dinning room, good design and clean beth room, nice bed. I am prety enjoy my vocation in this hotel. |

Beautiful hotel and great staff. Your are a couple of blocks away from the 2 main subways and the terminal train station. You are also close to vía nazionale where you can shop. |

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. They were also very eager to assist in and meet unexpected needs as they arose. The cleaning staff was very courteous and helpful as well. In the morning, the breakfast was abundant, fresh and appetizing. |

The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was rich, it's 5 mins by foot to beautiful romanesque church St. Maria Novella and 5 mins from SMN train station. A bit dodgy area at night time, staff not exactly unfriendly but "too professional" and impersonal |

The room was awesome, nice balcony, tv screens in the mirrors, comfortable bed, good lighting. Room was a little small. The shower also dripped a large amount of water - you almost couldn't take a shower because of all the drainage. |

Practically everything was fine. Comfortable very clean room, super buffet breakfast, Did not bother with gym or sauna but equipment seemed in very good condition. ok our room was seperated from the next room by a locked wooden door. Could have been noisy but luckily this room was unoccupied during our stay except the first night when the occupants complained to us about the volume of our tv at 9.00pm which was barely audible from inside our room! |
