Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the tram which ran every 8 minutes to the centre, taking only 15 minutes; nice neighbourhood with lots of late night bars and restaurants; free WiFi in room with excellent signal; minibar; air conditioning; superb free breakfast - the best I've ever had in Italy TV in room had hundreds of channels - but not one of them an English language one; price is quite high for a 3-star hotel, even for Milan

Clean rooms, bathroom is sufficient and hair dryer available. Breakfast is basic but good. Basic hotel, but very good for the price paid. Nice and friendly personnel. Good location - busses and tram nearby that take you directly to the center.

Air-conditioner, hair-dryer, refrigerator are ready in a room. Staffs are gentle. Breakfast is not so bad. A room is not so small. A bathroom is functional. The hotel is far from the city centre. A light bulb at the bed did not work. The controller of air-conditioner was some wrong. A shower holder and a partition of shower room were broken. A door key is not card-type. No electric kettle is ready in a room.

Very proffessional and understanding staff. I have stayed in a single room - the bed in the room and the room itself were too small.

Very clean and nice hotel in Milan. Very close to several tram lines that connect you to the downtown core and the main attractions of Milan. Tram 14 takes you to Duomo and many others and it's a 15 minute ride (it's slow -- it's not the distance). The hotel in a quite neighborhood with many restaurants and shops nearby. The trattoria across the street while unassuming it was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Just around the block there is a large grocery store. The hotel staff was always friendly (met several of them) and very helpful at all times. For families with babies be aware there is a short set of stairs getting in the hotel. It was not a problem for us and the hotel staff always offered to help. The Cardona train station is a short ride via tram or taxi (paid around 11 Euro with the initial charges for calling the taxi). There you can pick the Milpensa express train to the airport. The breakfast is basic but still ok. The coffee is very good. Overall, a very nice hotel for the budget conscious. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

The receptionists were all very helpful with their information. Tram and bus are 2 minutes away and go directly to the centre. The breakfast could be better. Breakfast is more italian than "continental", but it is okay.

Quiet room at back of hotel, clean. Confusing information on website about how close it is to the exhibition centre Fiera Milano. It is but main exhibitions are 40 mins away at Rho Fiera Milano. Would be better if that was made clear. Also very very expensive as I booked at a high peak time but still extremely expensive.

The staff were so friendly and didn't mind at all that I didn't speak a word of Italian. They spoke excellent English and were happy to show me how to get where I wanted to go on public transport. The balcony in my room was lovely too. Nothing at all I didn't like about the hotel itself, but it was quite expensive for what you got. I was surprised about that but then, I guess it is in Milan, which seems to be an expensive city.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and not far from train station Domdossola. I like the hotel in general, rooms were not so wide, small but very clean and enough for just sleeping during the night a leaving the hotel all day long.

Very friendly staff, very welcoming. Shower room excellent, plenty of towels, good shower. For buses no problem, as bus stops nearby. Allocated room situated next to lift so not so quiet. Door to room did not shut/seal properly. Beware - tube station are a long walk. Ideal for budget hotel but after staying at hotel prices should be lower, 50 to 60 euros would be better. Wardrobe had few hangars, and they had store names on them.
