Location-- very short walk from the train station, convenient to all of the sites of Rome. Fun staff, very helpful. Despite being in such a busy part of town, the room was small but adequate and quiet. no elevator, mediocre breakfast (we don't eat meat, so there was no protein-- no eggs or yogurt, and the juice was watery).

- Location is good, very close to Termini station (subway, trains, airport bus shuttles, tourist hop-on / hop-off bus routes all accessible from there), 15 min walk to Colosseum. Ask to see the room prior to paying, if you don't like it, there are dozens of other budget hotels in the area to pick from. City tax (2euro per person per day) has to be paid in cash. - breakfasts were ok (meaning, not just one croissant / coffee. they also offer cereal, bread, jam, cheese, ham) - wi-fi isn't free, but only costs 2 euro for the entire stay. - rooms were clean, with tall windows / ceilings (4m) and both rooms and corridors had large mirrors (some even full length). - staff was friendly and helpful when we asked for walking directions. when we asked for a corkscrew and to get some glasses / plates into the room, that also wasn't a problem. - The building is quite old and there's no elevator, I guess it might be an issue for some people. There's one flight of stairs to get to the hotel itself and then another one to get to the rooms. - the room windows faced a very sad-looking tiny courtyard. when we asked for another room, we were explained all of them have the same view. I'm not sure if that's true, but the other room we were shown was indeed no improvement. we stayed in room 13, the other one was 11. however, the view didn't bother us much - the window was draped, so we didn't have to look outside and as it was very tall, there was still enough light in the room. - our stay was in februrary and the bathroom had a window. we didn't think it a bad thing originally, but it turned out later the window didn't close properly, so it was very cold in the bathroom. The shower was quite small and toiletries they provided scarce - only shower gel and soap. - there was an air conditioner in the room, but we were not given a remote. maybe they charge additionally. it wasn't relevant for us in winter, but check that if you're traveling in summer.

Airport shuttle (Terravision) stops in front of the hotel, so it is easy to travel to/from airports. It is also next to Termini Station where you have the access to everywhere in Rome through subway. The room was so clean that the staff cleaned the room everyday. In the breakfast, they serve croissants, jam, butter and chocolate. The hotel staffs were very helpful. The room was not smelling nice due to the restaurants in the same building.

Very nice location. It is just next to the Termini station. Lots of local busses run from the Termini station, but one can walk around the city without needing any bus/metro. The staff are very friendly. Good breakfast. The selection included breads, croissant, corn flakes, milk, fruit juices, and a coffee machine with a good choice It was overall quite good. But I have a couple of comments. (1) The fresh towels had some awkward (non-hygienic) smell. (2) The water in the shower was not quite hot. If you turn on the shower and leave it for some time, then gradually you got warm water and it was quite ok. So, it is not too bad, but it is not very good either. (3) Free wi-fi was not part of my contract, but yet they kindly gave me one when I just asked. But the signal was almost inaccessible from inside the room. It worked at some random moments, but if one wants the connection for some serious purpose, one would have to sit almost next to the reception (I tested it). (4) The quality as well as selection of the breakfast could be better. The breads and croissants I felt were not very good in quality/freshness. I would have liked to have some fruits. There was no fibre in the breakfast selection as such. But despite all these, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and it is a very good hotel to stay given its location and the price.

The geographic situation, the hotel is clean, is big, the breakfast is good, the price is correct for the service. The people in hotel is nice. Is closer to termini station, restaurants, laundry services, internet services, markets, etc etc. The single bedroom, are so little, but for the price, i thing thats its correct. The reception is cool but a little cold. There are noisy but is understanble , the hotel is really very big and closer to Termini Station and there are many restaurants and clubs in the quarter.

It was close to train station, metro and bus stops. Referring to their price, hotel quality was very poor. Our room was smelling because of bathroom tubes. Although I told them, they did not change the room and they said the hotel was full. Their service quality and breakfast were very bad. They do not care about guests because Rome is always full with tourists and everybody is looking for a hotel.

Staff was friendly; good position - just next to Roma termini; Many restaurants at good price in the area. Several things were not working in the room: lamps, remote control for tv etc. Even it we had told this to the staff, nothing was fixed while we were there.

The only thing that is good about this hotel is location - right next to Termini station. Also, I am satisfied with the cleanness of the room. A bit pricey for what we got. Our room was super small, we didn't have a space for our luggage and we couldn't see from our window what's the weather outside. When someone in the next room turn on the water or takes a shower, you hear everything. Breakfast is poor, same every day. Staff is not welcoming at all - when we first arrived the guy who works at the reception in the afternoon and in the evening didn't say "hello" to us and he was sitting all the time. When we told him that we do not have a toilet paper in our room, he didn't do anything about it.
