Localization, price, clean bathroom , you can easly get on foot to the main Roman attractions.
Not very friendly service especially during breakfast
Clean and great location.
My room wasn't what I saw on the web site. It was dark and not nice. There was no Wi Fi in my room.
Staff during the day
Staff at night,no lift, extra money taken apart from the booking cost(not city tax). Small breakfast room with very less item to eat. Overall no value for money.located on the dirty side of termini, our stay two nights before on the other side of Termini was good(behind McDonald).
Roma is a Very expensive city, but this hotel has a good price... Good location, In front of Termini Station, clean, a Very basic coffe break
It was a small room but it was great for us the hotel staff were great would stay there again
On checking in, they placed me in a room in an adjoining building which was modern and clean - I assume it was an overflow room. Toilets were good. Location is good to train station which suited me as I was in transit, but may not suite if you want to visit sights of rome.
We had a large bed. The safety box and the Wifi were free (for a 2 star hotel this is quite surprising since for some 5 star hotels you have to pay for the safety box). The location is close to the train/metro station.
The room was very cold, the heating worked only for about 2 hours during the evening. For December this is at least stupid. There was an ugly smell coming from the bathroom all the time. The city tax was 3 euro/night for each person, which seemed quite a lot (I don't know about other hotels). Miros foarte urat tot timpul de la baie. Taxa de oras la hotel 3 Euro de pers/noapte (mi s-a parut mult, nu stiu cum e la restul hotelurilor...si nu iti da chitanta)
Lack of safe facilities(no key for safe),poor water pressure, and shower not warm enough.
a cozy place to stay. Very near to the station.
Near Termini, quieter position, good option of rooms
The location is perfect. Staff is very welcome and helpful.
Stairs to go to the reception with heavy luggages it is not comfortable (Reception 1st floor). Old blankets , warm and clean but surprised to see such old style wool blankets in hotels today... Machine breakfast (drinks yogurts..) , noisy room, not a nice moment just good on the go... Teenage groups can be noisy in the corridors!!!
-Neat and clean -Responsive staff -Convenient location
-Breakfast could have been better (but then I guess you get what you pay for) -Coffee from the machine should be free (it can be a pain to find coins for the slots)
The location. Basic furniture.
Where do i start. Badly broken mattress. Noisy environment and staff like to shout outside your room. Stairs only, yet no assistance from staff with luggage. Poor water system. Cannot even flush our waste away. Poor wi-fi. You are given a ticket for 24hours of free surfing. Sticky flooring. View from your window will be a dirty dirty alley. Horrible. Our worst experience in Europe. Don't deserve the title hotel
Veronika, a staff member - nice, polite, competent, helpful
the drawbacks are the same for this kind of hotels
Very close to termini, excellent location to arrive from the airport and to go to it.
Hotel a bit old and run down. No elevator. Old spring beds.
Close to the train station, underground and bus station
Got a room in another building, not the main one, and the room window was overlooking a very busy street next to the main Rome railway station. At 5am trucks woke me up.
location. 24h reception.
No elevator is a nightmare. Single room is really small. Poor wifi. Breakfast tolerable.
very close to the Rome Termini and easy to find it. Though the room is a bit small, it is always clean and tidy. The wifi is OK. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price is cheap. It is really good value for money. 附近有两家中餐馆，可以去试试。
ease of approach
The overall facilities were poor poor food and stay facility all in all a really bad experience
Alltough we booked a room with shared badroom, we got one with a private bathroom. It was smaller, but getting your own bathroom was more value for us. It was really in the centre and next to the trainstation Termini. We could not ask for a better location. We explored the city by foot.
Breakfast was plain, but okay.
The hotel was clean and well located close to center (in the Termini station). Cleaning was done every day , the bathroom was spacious and had hair drier. The personal spoke english.
Being located in Termini , there were crowds and lots of not so great people. The room was small and had view to the internal courtyard which wasn't looking great and didn't help the air circulation in the room . At night there was lot of humidity in the room and the air conditioner did help a bit but not enough, because even at the hightest temprature on dry (30) it was cold.
Staff have good english, friendly and helpful, good central location
Very convenient to travel with a budget. It's very clean, breakfast is fair, and it's close to the main train station, which makes it easy to move around.
We stayed several days, so we noticed the lack of variety in the breakfast.
It was close to the train and bus station which was convenient. Good amount of room for he five of us which isn't easy to find. If you are just looking for a place to lay your head and that's about it then you will be fine.
The beds just aren't good, very spingy and just not comfortable. Towels were more like bed sheets. Breakfast was very small but did have coffee so not a complete lost, at least it was free. Showers were hot or miss, don't take one during normal shower time in the morning or evening.
