Very close to termini, excellent location to arrive from the airport and to go to it.
Hotel a bit old and run down. No elevator. Old spring beds.
Close to the train station, underground and bus station
Got a room in another building, not the main one, and the room window was overlooking a very busy street next to the main Rome railway station. At 5am trucks woke me up.
location. 24h reception.
No elevator is a nightmare. Single room is really small. Poor wifi. Breakfast tolerable.
very close to the Rome Termini and easy to find it. Though the room is a bit small, it is always clean and tidy. The wifi is OK. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price is cheap. It is really good value for money. 附近有两家中餐馆，可以去试试。
ease of approach
The overall facilities were poor poor food and stay facility all in all a really bad experience
Alltough we booked a room with shared badroom, we got one with a private bathroom. It was smaller, but getting your own bathroom was more value for us. It was really in the centre and next to the trainstation Termini. We could not ask for a better location. We explored the city by foot.
Breakfast was plain, but okay.
The hotel was clean and well located close to center (in the Termini station). Cleaning was done every day , the bathroom was spacious and had hair drier. The personal spoke english.
Being located in Termini , there were crowds and lots of not so great people. The room was small and had view to the internal courtyard which wasn't looking great and didn't help the air circulation in the room . At night there was lot of humidity in the room and the air conditioner did help a bit but not enough, because even at the hightest temprature on dry (30) it was cold.
Staff have good english, friendly and helpful, good central location
Very convenient to travel with a budget. It's very clean, breakfast is fair, and it's close to the main train station, which makes it easy to move around.
We stayed several days, so we noticed the lack of variety in the breakfast.
It was close to the train and bus station which was convenient. Good amount of room for he five of us which isn't easy to find. If you are just looking for a place to lay your head and that's about it then you will be fine.
The beds just aren't good, very spingy and just not comfortable. Towels were more like bed sheets. Breakfast was very small but did have coffee so not a complete lost, at least it was free. Showers were hot or miss, don't take one during normal shower time in the morning or evening.
Very old and shabby so many steps to reach a very poor room,.
location simple, clean rooms cheap friendly, helpfull staff
noisy school groups simple, but OK breakfast
Access for mature people is diificult.
Very close to Termini. Price was good. You get what you pay for. Staff speaks good English and helpful. Breakfast was okay.
we booked the one which had sleeping space for 4 people. Bathroom was too small. There was no counter top with the sink. AC wasn't working well. Floor appeared dirty when we arrived. But on subsequent days, it seemed the housekeeping did its job better.
Very good location, near to train station - rome termini.
Staff helpful with opera tickets and left luggage
wi-fi supposedly now available in rooms but not stable
Great customer service!
The breakfast was good.
WE arrived at 11:30pm and were shunted out of the current hotel to a hotel around the corner. The new apartment room was clean but right across from the train terminal. One could hear traffic all night.
too noisy a lot of strange guys no towels - is it possible? no TV desk
The bed was comfortable and it was very clean. Very good location near the train station. From there you can walk to main attractions or take the Metro.
We paid to stay in Hotel Luciani, but when we arrived they informed us that we will stay in Hotel Ciao another building. The breakfast was in Hotel Luciani, so we had the leave the room and walk to the other Hotel.
Location is perfect, staff is very friendly. Though the night staff are two ladies who speak no English, the day stuff are very helpful and friendly. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely come here again!
A bit noisy outside
Excellent location and fair breakfast
Too noisy from the other rooms.
staff helpful.hotel clean.location very good
