The location is great, just next to the Termini, if you just stay for one night to catch a train, it is good; but if you want to stay a few days in the city, you'd better plan more budget the shower place is too small, air conditioner needs more to pay. |

It is well located, next to the Termini station, from where you can use any kind of public transportation (bus, tube, train, etc.); We stayed on Via Malasa at another hotel building and not on Via Milazzo where the Luciani is official located (explication was that the hotel is divided in 3 building rooms - ex antique apartments). Fair rates ... The price included breakfast is fair but the same ingredients every morning, and I have a minus on hotel stuff about payment methods : if you tell them that you'd like to use credut/debit cards they become a little embarrassed, but in the rest they are fine. |

The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpfull! My room was situated close to the reception and breakfastroom and just above the kitchen of the next door restaurant. This location made the room very noisy. |

place is ok, close to termini There is no lift, reception is on the second floor, you should carry you bag upstairs yourself. The room (single) is very small, bed is narrow, shower is small too, and it was hole in the plastic cirtain of the shower |

The hotel is awful! The hotel is very poor! There was a broken mirrow in the bathroom, the furniture is very old and poor.The air-conditioner was for additional price (not included in the room rate), it was not specified beforehand!!! The walls are very thin, we could hear all the noice coming from the rooms next door. Though the location is close to Termini station the surrounding is strange and dangerous. |

The room war very nice and the whole hotel is very clean. The staff was friendly and wanted to help us in all questions. The beds are very comfortable. the location of the hotel is very good. We could not take a proper shower as there was no water in the bath room. :-(( The breakfast was uneatable. I neither liked the food, nor the coffee/cappuccino that came from the coffe machine. |

Very close to Termini (to supermarket, McDonald's and so on) but sufficiently quiet, with air condition (for small extra pay), safe and refrigerator. I was very cheap and almost ideal for owr short stay in Rome. We had to go for the breakfast to another building. This is not a drawback though, since we liked the independent entrance that we had. |
