The hotel staff was very helpful! Examples: he managed to make a reservation in a restaurant (since we didn't speak enough italian) and allowed us to leave the car after the checkout. Very good location, close to most main sights in a walking or metro distance.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the heating was too high. In other words it was very hot in the rooms.

The location was ideal and the staff were very helpful. Cleaners did a great job. The price of the hotel was overall acceptable. No bar atmosphere and closes too early, many hotel bars in other cities are open to the small hours, also could do with some musical entertainment (ie piano bar).Breakfast could have more hot dishes to suit their many Northern European visitors tastes, who contribute to the hotel`s staff income.

The stuff was very helpful. There was a parking garage for my car (which I payed for - 18 euros/day). Breakfast was ok. Due to allergies that trouble me, usually during the fall, I am very persistant on the cleaningness of the room. The first room that I stayed had a carpet and curtains that must not have been cleaned very recently. I didn't sleep all night because I couldn't breath. Next morning the stuff was kind enough to take me to another room but the damage was already done. The allergies don't let you go so easily. I had business to attend. And I didn't perform very well. This does not happen very often. Only in hotels that are not very clean. Finally the parking was expensive.

Can I just say that for me coming from Australia staying in Turin at the Best Western Hotel Luxor was an experience that I will treasure. Only because I felt part of Turin (the Italian experience) sorry but I had to sleep with the windows open because of the heat/needed cool. I got used to the noise. The staff need to smile a bit more please I like to see happy faces especially at breakfast. Otherwise I felt safe and comfortable. Ciao

Good clean hotel within walking distance of sights and shopping and easy access to public transport. Staff helpful for - directions, restaurants, Metro etc. Plastic tumblers for mini bar and also throwaway plastic cups for tea or coffee in the room yuk! .I know it's easier for the cleaning staff, but it doesn't make for a pleasant drink for the guests.

Had to book in late due to train arrival, but nothing was too much problem. On the morning that we were due to leave my husband was ill. We were allowed to stay in the room and they were most helpful. So the staff were excellent and nothing too much problem, the room was quiet even though it was in the front of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the price was reasonable.

Elegant, funtional, good location, suitable for those who want to visit Torino, good point of departure to the city centre. Short walk from railway station, no problem even if you have luggage. Regular buffet breakfast. No balcony (we were allowed to smoke, but we would have slept in that smell).

It's a very solid 3* hotel, perfectly situated 3 min walk to the south-west from the Porta Nuova station (which itself is a safe and pretty tranquil area). Turin, unlike some other Italian cities, is never crowded even during high seasons, so you can comfortably walk from the hotel to any part of the town (7 min walk to Piazza San Carlo up north and to the quays of Po to the east, 15 min walk to Mole Antonelliana and about the same to Quadrilatero area). Rooms are spacious and clean, there's safe, we've had view on the street, but it has always been quite. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is good, all that you can expect from quality swedish table in Italy. In general I'd say it's a very good value for money. No curtain in the shower. No Wi-Fi, only wire connection, which is pretty strange for Best Western.

In general the hotel was good except some issues that can be minor for some people and could be ignored. Breakfast was mostly cold. I have to talk to hotel staff to get the fresh or warm things. The breakfast time was closed to finish at 10:00am. Once I was in before 10:00 but a few things were finished. I asked the staff to refill and they refused to do so.

The room that we had on the 6th floor was a great room size wise if you have a family of four or with a baby. Two seperate rooms along with a huge walk in closet and then a fairly large bathroom. The breakfest was just ok. The main thing was that the room was dirty. We found animal and human hair on the bed when we arrived. The next day after the room was cleaned we got again sheets with dog hair on them. Both times the staff without question went and got us clean sheets. The bathroom was also very dirty. Mold all over in the corners and old food on the counters. Otherwise fine fine a city trip.
