Hotel Nazionale    

The hotel was very clean Bathroom was very clean Pool was very nice Breakfast very nice. Beds were comfortable I would stay with you again but probably as a twin / double room.

Our Superior room was a bit small with 4 beds in the room so there was not much room to move around especially with 4 persons. The TV was not in English Had to ask for extra pillows as only 1 pillow on two of the four beds.

Everything. In particular, friendly management and staff, good selection of wines in the bar, parking

The internet connection (wi-fi) was not working properly and it was not free.

Room was somewhat warm since we were in between seasons. I opened the balcony door to equalize.

Really, I and my friends liked everything in this Hotel. People are very kind, friendely. During my sickness they are very carefully with me and my friends. We want to thank everybody.

What did I like? In a word, everything! Absolutely fabulous hotel. Couldn't recommend them enough. If you want to stay in Desanzano, then you want to stay here. Easy walk to get to the lake for all you evening meals and the ferry port.

The only thing we didnt like, was at breakfast, they use panchetta for bacon, and well, you can tell it is wrong.

Lovely spacious room, (we were up-graded due to over-booking), efficient air conditioning (essential in the high temperatures) and thoughtful 'extras' like flipflops. Friendly & helpful staff, great pool area, free use of bikes. Extensive, efficicent breakfast buffet.

We just came back from our honeymoon at this hotel, all we can say is it's a fab hotel with fantastic staff, so clean and modern, staff couldn't do enough for us, we will most definitely be back, thanks to the staff for free upgrade and bottle of bubbly for my husbands b'day, hope to be bac next year ;)

Perfect location, only sound you could hear around poolside was the pool all day. The rooms were larger than most hotels I have stayed at in Europe, and spotlessly clean. Great walk-in shower, mini bar in the room and a balcony with a view of the pool area. Breakfast was fresh with a large selection of continental options, and the coffee was fantastic. The staff were always willing to help and very informative. On our last day we had to check out early at 6am before breakfast was served, so they did us 2 pack up breakfasts to go for our journey.

The Hotel is very well kept The Staff is very responsive and friendly. The location is great and very convenient for an all around Lake garda tours We enjoyed it very much and would recommend it to others as well Nice breakfast Great Cafe latte!

We had a wonderful room, stylish and quite large. Facilities and service great apart from one gentleman on the front desk. I have never stayed at a hotel where staff were constantly cleaning,reception,pool terrace, deck etc, it was immaculate. Very good value, great location, and would definitely recommend.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Nazionale recently. The staff were very friendly and helpful,the room very clean and comfortable and all the hotel facilities were excellent. The hotel is also located within walking distance of the train station if travelling to/from Verona, and 5 mins walk to the town centre. A very clean and modern hotel !

Lacked variety of food at breakfast and don't serve evening meals. (small negative)

The staff was very helpful. They helped me with me broken car and arranged service.

The hotel is modern and immaculately clean and although not on the actual lake side is only a minute or two`s walk from the waters front and from where you can catch the various ferries to other Lake Garda locations. In this respect it is an ideal base for exploring the area, additionally it is only a couple of minutes walk from the railway station. This hotel is ideally located for those who want to make their own travel arrangements. The pool is also well kept and also worthy of mention. Overall I would have no hesitation in recomending this hotel to others.

The only negaitve in my opinion about this hotel was the standard of breakfast available, if you came down later to eat as we do when we are on holiday we found that most of the food on offer had been taken and was not replaced/refreshed.

The hotel was modern, clean and certainly worth more than 3 stars. The staff were efficient and all had some English.

Not really worth €160 average a night - while it is clean, good location and good breakfast i'd expect this for a hotel in this price range. Besides this I have no real qualms about the hotel bar pricey internet access this should be free to guests considering the high price.
