The underground parking was very useful and the room/bathroom were spacious with plenty of storage. We stayed during November so the pool/garden were out of use but they looked an excellent facility. |

Liked its location, the cleanliness, the staff, the size of rooms, balconies,the bar with the complimentary bites to eat in evening were particulary nice, breakfast V. good. The swimming pool for summer looked very inviting.Staff excellent, for example offering us umbrellas when we were going out for day as it was raining in the morning. Not really, wouldnt have mind a few deck chairs around the pool even though it was october, there was still some nice late sun to sit out maybe after a day on the lakes. |

Room had comfortable bed, good bathroom with large shower. Air con worked very well, plenty of space. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection of items and good service from waiting staff. |

hotel clenliness, design of hotel, pool area, bathrooms, air con in rooms, location to town centre, quiet. Moody female receptionist that did not make you welcome, had no time for you. did not even say thankyou after paying £400 bill for 2 days. |

Very modern deco and decent sized rooms. Bathroom is very spacious and clean. The close proximity to the city centre (5min walk) and the train station (10mins walk) is a huge advantage. Hot food selection during breakfast was less than expected, considering all other aspect of the hotel is outstanding. However, overall, a decent breakfast. |

Hotel was fantastic! Stayed late August and couldnt have been happier. The hotel is very easy to drive to, with plenty of underground parking spaces and is also only 5-10mins walk from the train station. The decor is modern and kept very clean. The pool was never very busy so was always easy to get a lounger or go for a swim. Breakfast provided a good selection and plenty to get you filled up for the day. As stated previously, the hotel doesn't have a restaurant but it forced us to get out there sampling the local restaurants (although not local cuisine, we had a fantastic (& cheap) meal at the American Style Steak house located in the large shopping centre (mall) on the road into Desenzano). Town centre & beach is 5-10 mins walk from hotel |

The hotel was immaculately clean & exceptionally well run. Nothing was too much trouble. Location within the town was very good THe swimming pool was also used by locals, although this was supposed to be strictly against the rules; this meant that on occasion we could not get a lounger |

Very clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Good location with short walk to the lake. This is more like a 5 star hotel, one of the best we have ever stayed in, and would recommend to anyone. Would be better if bar opened until midnight. |

I enjoyed my stay at the Nazionale as it was located near to the railway station making it accessible for sightseeing elsewhere, Milan, Venice, Verona etc. It was also within easy reach of the main harbour and ferry service. The staff were most helpful and polite. |

The hotel provided an excellent standard of service and environment for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was varied and complimentary snacks and biscuits in the afternoons and eveings were a nice touch. The bedrooms were stylish and the pool excellent. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was within walking distance of the lake and the shops and restaurants etc. |

Loved everything during our stay.It was our 2nd time to visit this hotel and it was as fab as last year.Could not fault this hotel.Staff extremely polite and helpful.Hotel very very clean and very relaxing athmosphere. |

Staff were very nice especially the cleaning staff.The cleanliness of the whole hotel was exceptional.Rooms are quiet large and the shower was divine.Pool area was very well set out.Would definitely stay here again. One small disappointment was the bar closed at 11pm.I think this could be extended to 12pm as most people enjoy a relaxing drink after a day out. |
