Location of the hotel is perfect, because it's located in the city centre, but away from the noisy walking area. Garage is the advantage. |

Proximity to station and centre of Florence. Pleasant staff. Very clean room. Roof terrace was excellent after a long day sightseeing. Rain leaked in through a corner of ceiling - had to put towels and dressing gowns on floor. Breakfast deteriorated at weekend - but good in week. |

It"s very close to station. And close to everywhere. People are professional and helpful. Rooms are clean. it"s good place for its price. The breakfast is also satisfactory.I recommend this place for a suitable price alternative. |

The room was quite big and we had a balcony seeing in the backyard (were at 3rd floor)so we had good light at the day. The hotel was close to everything so we had no problem to go to the station or to the duomo, it had a nice and clean and new bathroom, also the room was clean, the staff was gentle and quite helpful and finally the breakfast was satisfactory. The room had a balcony and there were coming unpleasant smells from the backyard so we didn't open it. It was very strange that we asked from the receptionist an electrical converter for the laptop and it said that we had to paid it to have it rented probably( didn't asked because we bought from a supermarket at the same price) , the furnitures where quite old but we didn't have any problem... |

There was suppose to be a shuttle to the airport from this hotel. There was not. I waited from 4:30am until 5:15am in the place they told me a shuttle would pick me up and no bus came. I had to take a taxi to get to the airport! |

The room was very clean and the location of the hotel is fantastic especially for the price. I would recommend it to anyone. The bed was a bit hard. |

The service is good, very kind, very helpful staff, always with a smile. Room very clean, the bathroom good too, not small as the bedroom. The single room (I don't know others) was really small. One of the nights there was a continious noise of a fan or compressor from the higher level, 4th floor. |

The convenient location of the hotel including the train station and Florence shops and restaurants. I also liked the later breakfast hours (7-10 a.m.) as some American hotels end at 9:00 and I typically feel rushed. 1. The noise from in-house workers adjacent to my room. I called at 8:20 one morning regarding someone scraping a wall in the hall and was told the issue would be addressed...the noise stopped for about 15 minutes, I started to fall back to sleep and suddenly it began again. Certainly this type of work can take place later in the day. 2. Also, the shower in the bathroom was much too small. |

Closeness to railway station and city center where all the attractions are. Good price for the area. It was a bit weird to reach my room which was at the end of a labyrinth kind of a corridor. The window was facing a horrid tiny interior yard where there was also a window of the kitchen, so it always smelt of food and it was a bit noisy. |

We loved the roof terrace on the third floor. The staff were really nice and friendly and very helpful when we needed anything. No, will definitely stay there again if/when I return to Florence |

that it was in walking distance from Florence main attractions You can hear anyone from the other rooms that uses a tap or flashes the toilet so I think something about soundproof. |

Zentrale Lage für Besichtigung der Innenstadt. Zimmer lag zur ruhigen Seitenstrasse und war sehr geräumig. Safe im Zimmer. Gepäck kann nach Check-out untergestellt werden. Das Frühstück wird sehr pünktlich abgeräumt und es wird auch schon vorher nicht mehr alles nachgelegt. Freie Parkplätze gibt es in der Nähe gar nicht (alles für Anwohner), Garagenplatz 25 EUR/Tag. |
