Le petit déjeuner, la gentillesse du personnel. Vue sur une cours interieur triste. Chambre très sombre, pas de chauffage dans la chambre..... en novembre brrrrrrr. |

Nous avons aimé la propreté de l'hôtel,la gentillesse et le service du personnel et surtout,le petit déjeuner-buffet.Appréciable aussi la proximité de l'hôtel avec le centre historique, sans oublier l'excellent service de voiturier. Peut-être le ronflement un peu insistant de la clim-chauffage. |

tres bien situé pour se ballader en ville a pied- parking juste a coté si voiture bien que payant bruyant le matin à cause des femmes de ménage, particulierement dans la chambre juste au dessus, salle de bain petite et douche minuscule |

Petit hotel très bien situé au coeur de florence. Jolie déco dans les chambres. Personnel avenant. Très bien pour passer une nuit mais pas plus. Odeur dans la salle de bain (mais en versant de l'eau dans le siphon du sol le pb a été résolu). Hotel très bruyant. Literie horrible. Matelas très dur, oreiller nullissime. Petit déjeuner très moyen. |

la chambre 319 était grande avec vue sur le duomo..... très proche des lieux historiques de visite le petit déjeuner était copieux mais pas d'une excellente qualité |

un accueil en français très agréable. Une situation exceptionnelle proche gare, restaurants typiques, centre historique. Le petit déjeuner très très moyen. Préférez déjeuner à l'extérieur !! |

Hotel très bien situé pour découvrir à pied tous les musés et centres d'intérêt de Florence. Personnel agréable et disponible. Chambre individuelle petite et sans eau chaude. Changement de chambre pour un lit double et une prestation plus confortable. |

The location of the hotel is great. The rooms was large. The staff were friendly. The toilet was tiny, not what we expected. Breakfast could be improved. |

Room cleaning was very good. Breakfast was acceptable for me and when I requested lemon for my tea this was provided automatically each morning of my stay. I was very glad to be moved from room 324 as the noise level of the fan/generator/air conditioning prevented me from sleeping. However I would point out that my first request to be moved was refused and only on my second request to a different member of staff it was agreed that I could be moved for the remaining 2 nights. Being a single traveller it is nice to have a lounge area in the bar for the evening however I do not think you have the space for this and it would not stop me staying with you again. I do not know how many rooms suffer the noise level as already mentioned but I would not be able to sleep in one of those. I do not mind street and traffic noise as I can sleep through that but not the drone of those units. |

Location is the only good point! Breakfast is nice! Next time, I would try other venue around the hotel! The furniture is really old!The shower is not good! My room at the 4th floor didn't get hot water, only warm water and the flow is not enough to take a decent shower. I think they have problems with sewage as I was given a room that was smelling sh...! I immediately asked the reception to change the room! The air conditionning was not working properly; too noisy and not warming enough!The hall was warmer than my room! Also the elevator is old and so slow! The last thing is about the cameras at the entrance and the notice about them and requesting customers not leave any personal thing unattended! We are close to the train station, in downtown but I think they are exagerating a bit.... They may have good reasons to do sà |

The location was great. Close to the main turistic atractions and to the train station. The beds were very hard and the brackfast was not that great. |

Pretty decor and furniture. Feeling of safety. Good breakfast. 24 hour cancellation policy. Balcony.Friendly staff. Good location. Something in the room was noisy at night - not the heating system, might have been fridge. |

The location is terrific: 5 minutes walk to the train station and with a lot of shops, restaurants and internet bars close by. 10 minutes walk to the Florence bigest cathedral with the famous dome. The room is big by European standard and clean. Bathroom shower is better than 3 star hotels. Excellent value for the money. The building seems unable to separate noise from the upper floor. |
