It's a great value for money. Not expensive but offers much. It's near the bus and train station, Venice is only 25min away and Treviso only 5 min. The staff is friendly and helpfull. I would recommend this hotel. |

Cleaniliness and help by the receptionist and it is situated nearby the train stops. At our first impression, the facade need a restoration but when we entered into our room everything was alright and that was what really interested us particularly the cleanliness of the room was good. |

The friendliness of the manager that gave us good advice on travelling to Venice by train from Mestre train station. The hotel address is wrong and we had rely on peolle's information. When we arrived at the address there was no Hotel Magnolia at all, the neighbors told us it had moved to a new loction three miles away. |

I thought it was just right for a family stay. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis with replacement towels etc. and the Senóra in the breakfast room was very nice and helpful. On the whole, it was a very pleasant stay! I think maybe a choice of a cooked breakfast or a change in the limited display of crossiants/cheese/ham/buscuits/cerial or fruit would have been more appetizing as there were no change for the whole week we were there and this became very boring! It would also be helpful if one or two of the other staff on reception could speak a little English! |

To be honest we stayed only one night at the hotel as we stayed the rest of our holiday at the one next door, which happens to be owned by the same person The hotel was good for its size. Staff were nice and helpful |

The hotel was near to transport facilities to venice and treveso, the room service was excellent, the hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the price reflected excellent value for money. I sensed a lack of friendliness by the staff, which I felt did not enhance the ratings of the hotel |

dag en nacht toegankelijk. Vrij eenvoudig; echt gebasseerd op werkvolk op verplaatsing. Sober ontbijt. Het avond eten in hotel cristal (daarnaast van zelfde eigenaar) was uitstekend en eenvoudig. Deden hun best om verstaanbaar te zijn. Uitstekend hotel voor eenvoudige mensen. Lawaai van de straat en in de gangen. Zijn niet wakker geworden van het lawaai en ook geen hinder om te slapen. Maar stoorde mij licht. |

Sehr heimische Atmosphäre, hilfsbereite und nette Mitarbeiter, sehr sauberes Bad, nettes Restaurant um die Ecke, Möglichkeit Bustickets zu kaufen, guter Kaffee (wichtiger Punkt :-) ), der Service allgemein ist für diesen Preis unschlagbar! Der letzte Bus von Venedig zum Hotel fährt um 20:30 :-( |

prenotato alla tariffa di 45 euro x notte,la sera stessa ricevo una chiamata dall'hotel dicendomi che la tariffa non era quella giusta che il prezzo era di 65 euro x notte e dopo aver discusso del prezzo appunto ci siamo accordati x 60 euro vista l'impossibilità di poter cancellare la prenotazione.la cosa non e tanto chiara,agiungo che la prima colazione e piutosto scarsa e che a quel prezzo si trova di meglio 4 stelle x esempio. |

De kamers zijn niet nieuw, maar zeer verzorgd. Ook de service is prima. Gelegen net tussen Venetie en Treviso met prima busverbindingen waar ze je in het hotel zeker wegwijs in maken. Het ontbijt is prijskwaliteit niet zo hoogstaand. Gelukkig kan je ook een kamer zonder ontbijt nemen, en ontbijten in de stad. |

De kamer was echt in orde, de hotelmanager was zeer vriendelijk en je kon met al je vragen bij hem terecht alsook voor het mede delen dat je beter de trein kan nemen naar Venetie. Het is er ideaal om te verblijven voor een uitstap naar Venetie. Het ontbijt moest je nemen in Hotel Crystal daarnaast en daar was het echt strak en de mannelijke hoofdbediende was alleen maar vriendelijk tegen de klanten die in hun hotel logeerden, op een zeker moment was hun koffiemachine stuk en een koppel dat daar verbleef vroeg hem om een kop koffie te brengen wat hij zonder morren deed ; toen ik ook om een kop koffie vroeg, knikte hij, nam mijn lege kop aan en verdween ermee ; ik zit nog op mijn kop koffie te wachten. Later toen het machine weer werkte, nam ik mij een nieuwe lege kop en ging om koffie, toen hij me passeerde, bekeek hij me eens van opzij en ging gewoon verder zonder iets van sorry of zo ! Ik vond dit op zijn minst nogal redelijk onbeschoft. Maar dat zegt dan veel over dit hotel. |
