Cleam and nice rooms

We have stayed 4 nights in hotel magnolia, treviso. Rooms were comfortable and clean, personal (4-5 people we see on the reception desk) were extremely ryde. They didnt border to explain the questions we had,no good morning or any eye contact, whenever we stayed on the reception desk they spoke on intalian (in front of us) about us with irony on their faces, no reception after 11 o clock...in one word we didnt feel confortable with this people. Breakfast....2-3 Tables and almost nothing on the table.they wantet to serve breakfast to 20-30 peopl with 4 plates,4-5 croasans,only 2-3 peaces of cheese and 2-3 peaces salamy. Also, there was marmalade and buttter.only few peaces of bread.after 2-3 people enter there is nothing in the table...so we were looking for the personal (which was not in that room dedicated for restaurant...I Didnt call it restorant because it was 20 square metres room) and when they would get some bread (in a 15 minites) they will though on the table on a very ryde and aronic way...worst holiday I have ever been. There was a garden behing the hotel. When we walked in the garder...some older people get out of his expencive car and came to us to tell that the garden was private and we are not allowed to be there........helloooooo....it is a hotel, not private property.actually, we were supriced a lot for personal behaviuor.

Hotel staff were friendly (although my partner speaks Italian which helps) and helped us with travelling into Venice. I rated the location fair as it is a long way out of Venice but the local town has a free car park and the train ride to Venice only took 30 mins which was perfect. Rooms are a little dated but clean. Great local pizzeria!

Only Bed&poor breakfast

I came at 23.20 minute, and they allready took money from my credit card. When a asked about this situation, they said taht "room is still heare"

Very good value for money. - Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable including air condition and snack area with fridge. - Instructions on how to move around the area i.e. travel to/from Venice were clearly written and available from the reception. - It had good wi-fi which is crucial for mobile phones and computers to get Internet and plan the trip / update family and friends on trip progress. - One of the only financially-viable accommodations with 3 English-speaking TV channels. - Pino 2, the local pizzeria, was cheap and tasty and a hit with the locals (we were the only tourists in it, always a good sign). Staff were friendly yet very polite and helpful. They did not speak English yet they tried their best to be understood hence top marks from the Morris family.

The 12-minute walk to the train station was a bit hazardous as you have to walk on a narrow hard shoulder for the first 5 minutes.

Friendly staff, room was clean and towels changed everyday. Hotel has a lovely garden and a cute kitty that befriended me an my friends. Excellent value for such money.

Bathroom was very tiny, but that's quite common in Western Europe hotels so it didn't bother us at all.

A bit far away from Venice

Very helpful stuff. Clean, easy to find. About 500m from train/bus station to Venice.

C'est la 2ème fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel.Nous avons apprécié la chambre et la salle de bains spacieuses,la clim.Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié.Je n'oublie pas l'accueil chaleureux,la disponibilité du personnel qui fait des efforts pour parler français.Que du positif!

Hotel perfetto se si e' in viaggio in macchina. Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Camere molto pulite ed accoglienti.

Disponibilita' e gentilezza del personale. Colazione con ampia scelta. Possibilita' cena a menu' fisso € 18,00.

Purtroppo avevano un probelam di riscaldamento, ma sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno riservato a parità di prezzo una stanza in albergo di categoria superiore a 500 metri di distanza

Posizione comoda per chi va a Treviso in macchina. Prezzo economico.

Rumoroso, si sente tutto quello che succede in corridoio e il riscaldamento in camera fa rumore come un aspirapolvere. Bagno un po' buio e non pulitissimo. Odore di stantio in camera.
