Great quality hotel with excellent breakfast. Been picky, no swimming or leisure facilities for a 4 star hotel, double rooms not as good value as a triple room. |

The hotel was extremely clean, with a fresh smell in all areas. Rooms are quite large, furniture new. Breakfast super. The staff was very helpful. The location is great, metro nearby. I think I couldn't expect more for a business trip. |

It is in easy walking distance from the central station, and the room was pretty good with the large bed, clean and beautiful bathroom, and some international tv programs (such as the nhk worldwide). Their breakfast is just fine with coffee/tea serving service. Hotel staffs are friendly and nice to give some local-area and language helps. They have a laptop computer available on their ground floor. I think this hotel is perfectly good for casual city visits. |

Very modern hotel, conveniently located to Milano Centrale Station. Excellent, extremely helpful hotel staff. Beautifully furnished in both central areas and rooms, very spacious bathroom. Very clean and well appointed. Good breakfast included. No, a lovely stay. |

The staff was very professional and friendly. The rooms were modern and breakfast good. The A/C was turned off so we had the window open. The bugs got us! We learned that they shut off the A/C by room and you have to ask the front desk to turn it on. Still construction to the front of the hotel but did not disrupt our stay. |

Good location if you travel by train or car across the country. 5 minutes walk from Milano Centrale. 30 minutes walk from Duomo. Metro station is in 300 meters from Marconi. |

Probably new opened, they don`t even have flags and name of hotel at the entrance. But it was very cheap, especially for quality and beauty of their rooms. Ours was huge! New gorgeous furniture, wi fi at room, big bathroom, great air condition system. 15 minutes walk from the center, 3 min from underground station, 7 from central railway station. |

Beautiful room on first floor. Could not have been nicer. Amazing bathroom. 5 minute walk to Central Station. We had requested a triple room close to the ground floor, but hotel paid no heed to this, offering us a room on the 4th floor. Eventually they agreed to put an extra bed in a double room on the first floor. Refurbishment of hotel ongoing. It seems that there is a difference in quality (maybe some rooms still to be done). But those that have been refurbished are beautiful. As good as I have seen anywhere. |

Very nice hotel after the renovation, excellent value for money hotel, good location, close to railway station and only few subway stops away from Duomo. Highly recommend this hotel and definitely would use again when next time in Milan. Renovation was not fully completed yet, but it did not bother really. |

Close to Centrale train station. Easy to go anywhere.The breakfast was really good! Staff helpful,pleasant,friendly. Very nice appearance, recently renovated. one day out of our five day stay the air conditioner did not work. I was not possible to open the windows due to the amount of noise from the trolly outside, with closed window the noise was bearable. |

- Excellent location, high quality rooms and good value for money. Quite a nice restaurants around the hotel and the best in Milan icecream shop around the corner (icecream shop is owned by third generation icecream maker) No real drawbacks |

the staff were helpfull & so nice , the room was so big for 3 adult , the bed were comfortable & the air condition was working good ,there were 2 left in the hotel it was so good you don`t need to wait long , there were a supermarket & some resturant around , the tram stop neer the hotel N( 2 ) take you to the doumo N( 33) take you to the shopping street puiesiress ( im not sure from its name ) the location was so far from the center ,not like the map in the site , you cant walk ,you should move around by the tram or taxi |
