service at reception and restaurant was very good. the shower was very nice, all you need after A busy day.

A bit of more space in rooms will be nice.

This hotel was lovely great location, friendly staff, amazing breakfast and nicely comfortable perfect for anyone. Also really quite Definitely would stay here again.

It was central to Milan within easy access of the old part of the city and to the railway station and subsequent access to Malpensa airport from which we departed the country. There were also some nice restaurants nearby. A computer with internet access was also available to visitors.

Air conditioning in room did not work so had to open the window which would not have been a problem except that the stench from people smoking then entered our room. As we had a room where the window opened onto an inner courtyard, we are not sure if the people who were smoking were staff or visitors. Also, even had the air conditioning been working, unless the weather was extreme - either hot or cold - we would not have had it on as we prefer to sleep with the window open. Also, the smell of the bath towels was unpleasant. They had a burnt out electrical smell to them. We also had a motor vehicle and on arrival, found that there was nowhere in front to park the car to unload our suitcases. We had to park in a driveway, so had to quickly unload, register, throw our bags into the room and get back down to move the car. When registering, I asked the desk clerk where to park and he suggested I park on the pedestrian crossing in front of the hotel. We do not do this in Australia but in italy, it appears you can park wherever you like. Further, as we were 2 females, some assistance in carrying our luggage would have been appreciated.

Hotel's location: easy reachable from the Central Train Station, easy walkable to Cosro Buenos Aires (if you like shopping), and to the Metro Station if you want to visit the city. Hotel is beautiful, well designed; rooms are not really big, but not too small, clean and cosy. Breakfast was also nice.

Everything was just fine.

Very nice interior and comfortable beds. We had a room to the back and it was as quiet as in the countryside. Also: great location thanks to the nearby Central Station and the metro stop Repubblica. For an Italian breakfast, it was very nice and not only sweet. All in all, a lovely hotel in which we enjoyed our stay!

Staff on the reception did'nt know, that ''sightseeing hop-on hop-off'' doesn't work on the 1 May. Internet on the 5th floor practically doesn't work

Walking distance to train station and metro. Great restaurants close by. The room was clean, comfortable and lovely. Great value.

Very friendly staff. Too close to the central bus/train station that leaves the shuttle bus. Metro station in 200m and close to the center. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices. Clean room and comfortable bed!

Bad signal of the wi-fi in the rooms. Only good signal in the lobby!

Not sound-proof at all, easily hear the noise from the street and hotel! Log onto the wireless network is not always easy.

Hotel very quiet for sleeping and beds very comfortable. The staff changed my daughter's room to be near ours without us even asking.

Close to most sites of interest in Milan.

Only one system of Wi-Fi, not working for the time of my stay, probably they would have taken a technician, but without any urgency. This is very bad at present days. You cannot change Hotel at last minute, and cannot work without Internet. They could have called a technician and repair the fault within my 20 hours stay.

City Tax, 4Euros per day per person.

I like the breakfast and the staff in the breakfast corner. Quiet environment but my room because it is above the kitchen. Free internet/wi- fi. Clean bedding and towels. Easy to go to bus/train/tram. Location is easy to find good food outlet.

No tea/coffee making facility in the room, have to come to lobby to bring a pot of hot water to our room every night. City tax charged 4 euro per person per day is really too much!

The noise insulation was not good at all - you can hear people talking next door and in the corridors.

One of the few hotels that kept quite reasonable prices during the week of "Salone Internazionale della moda". Good position.

The water pressure in the shower was great. The location is perfect. It is a 5-10 minute walk to either Milan Central or G-S Station. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

Everything was perfect for the price

Hotel is very nice and staff was very kind. We picked it because of very close location to Central train station about 7 min walking distance.

Cannot say anything bad. My bed could have been be softer but my friend adored it. So, it doesn't count :-)

The friendly service. The locate was great, we could walk everywhere and it was easy to find. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by.

Breakfast was a bit boring but the coffee was good.

Breakfast was really good. Room was spacious and clean. Allowed to checkin before normal check in time. Staff was friendly.

Dont have restaurant for lunch or dinner. It will be difficult for the family with young children to go out at lunch time if family arrives during afternoon time.
