The hotel's location close to Termini suited us well. We requested a twin bedded room but were allocated a double room. We asked if the beds could be made up as single beds (it was possible just to split them but they had been made up with double sheets and double bedspread). We were told this was not possible. We would have to use the bed as it was and it would be made up as twin beds for our second night. |

The young man who worked at the front desk (seven days a week : 12:00 noon to 10:00 pm) is a great ambassador for the hotel: Helpful congenial, excellent English. Its cleanliness and elegance, especially the breakfast room.. My room was very small and, thus, difficult to move around in. The tub/shower had a very high step down and was potentially hazardous. Small point: The cabinet in which the bar fridge is located needs various repairs to hinges and drawer handles. |

kindness of the staff, close to the Termini Station room was tiny,different then on the pictures, although in the booking verification it was written that the credit card is needed only for safety reasons, the hotel charged my credit card without asking and before our arrival, keeping passports |

I was placed in the worst room in the hotel (my friends where staying in other 3 rooms which were far better than mine). Room was very tiny and the ventilation system was was very loud even over the night also water in the toilet was dripping. It made very hard to fall asleep. |

The hotel was in close enough walking distance to all the major sites and very close to the central station. For a 3 star hotel it was clean and comfortable but a little on the expensive side. The hotel was fine, but the surrounding area was a bit scary and unsafe, though it was very near the Central Train Station myself and my wife did not feel safe walking arounnd the area close to the hotel at night, between the hours of 19:00 - 00:00. If we had know the surrounding area was this unsafe at night I think we would have picked a different area to stay in. |
