Ble veldig godt tatt imot ved ankomst. Vennlige og svært hjelpsomme ansatte (resepsjon, frokost- og vaskedame). Hotellet var koselig og heldigvis ikke så stort og anonymt. JA! Nesten ikke mat (brød, pålegg) igjen da vi kom til frokostbodet - alle de fire dagene av vårt opphold. Frokosten varte fram til 9.30, men allerede kl. 9.00 var det svært lite/ikke mat igjen. Flere gjester kom etter oss, ( før 9.30), og fikk ikke frokost. Vi mener at dette var en helt unødvendig måte for hotellet å spare på siden det virker negativt på et ellers så fint hotellopphold. |

Hotellet ligger veldig greit og sentralt til ved stasjonen Termini, der det går både busser og tog og t-bane. Var også lett å gå til severdigheter, hvis man øsnket det. Resepsjonspersonalet var veldig hyggelige, rent på rom og bad. Vi velger gjerne dette hotellet om igjen. Var noen ting som burde vært vedlikeholdt, f.eks skapdørene og låsen på vinduet og krana på badet. |

Breakfast was not served until 7:30 am. Fine for them, but not fine for folks who need to leave earlier than that. They should start breakfast at 6am. |

Stayed beginning and end of our holiday 1 night each time.!st time beautiful room 2nd time smaller room at back.Comfortable beds. Old towels!!! Tastefully decorated breakfast room,enjoyable continental breakfast. Excelent location for main station and transfers to airport. |

The location was great. We had the family room, which is situated on the top floor where the cleaners washed and ironed the linen. They started work very early in the morning, it was rather noisy. |

It is easy to find from the main station Staff were not friendly, hair dryer looked had wires hanging out the side, lift didn't work and we had to carry our own bags to the 4th floor, room stunk of smoke, missed breakfast because they choose to finish it 15min early for no reason. Over all the two nights in this hotel almost spoiled what was a prefect 1 1/2 in italy staying in great hotels booked through this site. |

Very convenient access - just a 5 minute walk from Termini station. The room, although small, was well decorated and clean. The bathroom had a bathtub, but there was no way to plug the drain, so it couldn't be used to take a bath. There was also no shower curtain, which made it a bit awkward to take a shower. Finally, we had intended to pay in cash, but the front desk charged our credit card without asking us how we preferred to pay. |

"-": Very small rooms. Very small and not comfortable bathroom. It is not enough light in a room. Very thin walls: it is possible to hear everything, that occurs in the next room. Problems with descent of water in a toilet. "+": It is located close to the train station (Termini) |

The breakfast was amazing, full on spread jams croissants ham bread cheese salami yogurt cereal.... really nice breakfast room aswell. The room was lovely - strong aircon lovely balcony and great ensuite. The double bed was two singles pushed together which meant it was uncomfortable in the middle - not expected in a premium room. There was no information in the room about prices etc (mini bar) and although english tv was advertised there were no english channels. |
