By car:

By north: Autostrada A12

-Take the A12 at the tollbooth of Rosignano Marittimo and continue towards Rome-Grosseto. -You will get into the SS n° 1 Aurelia and continue for 12km.
-Then you will see the exit for San Pietro in Palazzi, Cecina, La California, Bibbona, Marina di Bibbona.
-continue into Marina di Bibbona and to get into the old state road Aurelia, continue to the south heading towards the Marina di Bibbona.
-After about 4km, turn right at the large roundabout.
-Pass the railway bridge and after about
2 km, you will enter the resort of Marina di Bibbona.
-At the first crossroads, turn right and after about 100m, you will see the green pinewood on your left.
-Enter the main drive and park in the private car-park which is in front of the reception.
