The male staff were much more helpful than the female staff. We actually waited until the front desk changed. If you overlook the large cracks in the wall and the peeling paint, there is no way to ignore the noise from the street. The rooms in the back, smaller and older were quieter than the rooms in the front. Opt for quiet! |

Interesting layout, like a maze. The hotel staff was so rude and unhelpful. A lot of them look so unhappy... a reflection of management? The hotel initially appeared charming but the negative experiences with the staff spoiled that. There are quirks to the hotel (part of its charm) but some of it can cause problems if not informed of it. |

only location near railway station our room was dull and there was only a window shutter without a proper window so it was very cold - the breakfast was sub-standard and for the price it was disappointing - we cancelled the next 3 days and moved to alternative, from their advertising our room did not look anything like the bedrooms in the pictures!! |

All the rooms are different its a sort of lucky dip, do you have the chandelier or do you have the more modern bathroom. Lots of atmosphere. One of my friends had a very high very small bath which she found difficult |

The central location; bed linen and towels are changed every day; the kind of furniture gets you back into the Medici era; laundry/ironing services available. Breakfast was good: fresh and quite various. However, a better selection of fresh fruit and a selection of italian hams and/or cheeses should be included. Also, a small indoor pool would have been ideal to have a fresh dip after a day travelling under the scorching sun. |

echt in het centrum voor dus centraal en de kamers liggen niet aan de voorkant aan de straat douche was oud en schimmel in de naden, veel muggen voor met voetafdrukken tegen de wanden, onbijt veel tegen beter boeken zonder ontbijt en op de hoek een koffie drinken. |

Отель расположен в самом центре туристического района. До любого интересного места Флоренции не более 20 мин ходьбы. Номер, который нам предоставили, был слегка обшарпан и в нем не работал кондиционер, но по нашему первому требованию его заменили на вполне приличный, недавно отремонтированный, с прекрасно работающим кондиционером. Отель, в основном, неплохой, но многие номера требуют косметического ремонта и замены оборудования. |

l'hotel è situato in ottima posizione e permette di accedere facilmente a piedi, in pochi minuti, a tutti i monumenti e servizi della città. Il personale, dalla reception ai camerieri, sono molto cortesi e disponibili. Il bagno della camera necessita di manutenzione. |

Camera molto bella, servizio in camera ottimo e assolutamente economico. Vicinissimo al centro quindi molto pratico. consigliatissimo Il bagno non era degno della camera. |
