Nice old character

The management style was very mean and unhelpful. I got the impression they got a lot of complaints. 1 guest we saw was outraged. They wanted 16 Euros for wifi. Their tax charge was excluded from the room rate you had to pay separately. It just seemed like a hidden extra.

The room was without adecuate calefaction, they change to another, but was an unespected complication, shower was broken first night we could not use it, the day after they do something precary to use not properly repaired, internet cost 16 euros a day very much expensive in comparison with others, personal not much friendly,

Location is great. Wonderful staff. Audreanna is a treat.Good value for the price.

There is a wide range in the comfort of the rooms. Some are very noisy. That said; I have stayed there before and will definately stay again.

The location.

This hotel was advertised on booking.com as half price, so normally €150. At €75 it seemed like a deal. For that I got a tiny room, small single bed and shower in the toilet in one with an accordian door. It was near the noisy breakfast room, which is ridiculously over-priced. The hotel staff were slow and unhelpful. The 16 Euro internet sur-charge is pure robbery - it is free at cafe's down the street, so come on - internet connection is as essential to a hotel as electricity and beds, so I find those hidden charges offensive.

We booked two rooms and were extremely pleased with the newly renovated rooms on the top floor.The balcony was great,the rooms were really good sizes,the bathrooms were spacious, and everything was very clean.The continental breakfast was also good,and the reception staff were very polite and helpful.Overall we had a very pleasant stay and we could have easily have stayed longer than our four nights there! We would certainly pick this hotel again.

Localização e silêncio no quarto para descansar.

Não existe internet 24h conforme anunciado. Péssimo atendimento por parte dos recepcionistas, não mostram boa vontade para auxiliar, durante todo o tempo parece que estão nos fazendo um favor em receber- nos no hotel.

Bagno piccolo e poco attrezzato

Solo ed esclusivamente la posizione centrale in Firenze.

Scarsa accoglienza, colazione povera e di poca qualita'., Ci sarebbe bisogno di un restauro nei diversi ambienti.
