The hotel have great position. When you arrived in Venice it's only walk distance from the station on the street with lot of shops, restaurants....The personal is friendly and will help you with all your question and needs during the stay. The rooms are clean the bed is comfy and it makes the stay pleasurable. |

Good location, short walk from main attractions The hotel, although clean, was dark and slightly depressing - it was also quite expensive. |

Quite nice refurbished rooms, open terrace on the roof and sauna. Close to railway station, but far from the centre, 15 min walk. So if you come for Verona sightseeing, book a hotel in the centre, taxi is quite cheap from the station and airport is just 10-15 km away. |

After having been greeted badly, wen we return to check in the lady at the reception was extremely nice and helpful even offering us a free drink at the bar. Firstly, as soon as we arrived at the hotel the gentleman that greeted us was extremely rude, we noted that he was also rude to other when we checked out the following morning. The bathroom had a broken shower door, broken toilet seat, broken bidet. When we arrived for breakfast there was nothing left and the toaster was old and dangers. |

The hotel is located outside central verona, about 20 minutes walk, but is very close to the train station and good for that. The room was good and spacious and the breakfast had a good variety including cereals, yoghurts, toaster etc that you don't get in all hotels. |

(1)Room was clean. Clean sheets (2) Bathroom neat, with adequate supplies (3) Internet facility on public computer useful. (1) The air-conditioner was extremely noisy and would stop and start with loud noises, not allowing us to sleep at all. (2) Front desk staff must learn to smile. They do not at all come across as members of the 'hospitality' industry. They were more like the 'hostility industry'. |

The hotel is in a good location, easy access. staff was friendly and service was very good. I like very much the bus service during Opera season. It was very well managed by the hotel and satisfied greatly the guests. A bit more of write information, like chek-in and check-out times, breaksfast and so on, would be helpful. |

Good location, close to the train station. The hotel offers a free shuttle service for dinner to a restaurant whose name I can´t remember, and the food there is very good. Good reception service. Triple room too small. Even though we asked for a non smoking room and it was located on a non smoking floor, the room smelt like cigarrette. |
