Location is good. Close to station and walking distance to old city Staff helpful Fridge in room Free bus took us to restaurant for dinner Breakfast was great
Nothing except wifi a little slow and inconsistent, but no drama
No restaurant was disapointing as time was at a premium
Clean room, close to train station and next to fresh flowing River water.
A bit far away from the main city centre (like a 20 mins walk).
Noise can be heard from other rooms.
This is best location in Verona for traveller by train. Good breakfast value for money.
It's ok for its price. Not far from the train station- 5min on foot and there are some signs on the way. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is tasty. If you're lookig for smth not expensive and close to the trainstation- that's it. To the city center you need about 12 min also on foot.
For me it is better to pay less and have less luxury. Why should it be the top of the world while the whole day you are outside. For me a hotel is to sleep and shower and has to be clean. This was very okay. I would come for a next time.
This hotel was located near the main train station. The staff in general were nice (but some come across as Abrupt but I think that is more to so with italian attatude rather than been rude). The porters/bar tenders were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good plenty to eat and drink. The hotel is a good 15/20minute walk to the castle (centre of town) which is ok. But if you have any problems with walking E.G. a bad leg or can't walk quickly not the hotel for you. But we took a taxi back from town a couple of nights and it only cost €8 /10 depending on which taxi considering from the train station it cost €10 and that is only a 5 minute walk without road works.
They say they have a resturant but the resturant is not in the hotel. It is suppose to be only 800 meters away when walking its more like 2500 meters. (But they do have a shuttle but to the resturant. The resturant it self we were not impressed either with the resturant itself or the food. They also say there is a free shuttle but to the opera BUT THIS IS ONLY IF YOU EAT IN THERE RESTURANT and if you are staying as we did for 3 nights you have to eat there to get the free suttle bus so really it is not free as it is expenisive to eat there for what you get.
Breakfest was good, staff helpful and friendly.
Breakfast very Good, bemroom and bathroom very clean. Easy tô go tô most important placrs. Notting tô cpmplain.
To acesso wifi we have tô like in Facebook and tey dont gire any ticket when you leve The lugaģe in The deposito.
clean, close to the station, calm area next to the small river
the wall was so thin, but we needed to take a shower after opera, ie. midnight...
It was an easy walk from the train station. The bathroom was large, very clean, with plenty of storage space.
Breakfast was quite basic, some items ran out. Slightly confusing route into the city.
We stopped here overnight before travelling on to Lake Garda and used it as a base to explore Verona for the day. Good location, nicely located near to the train station and a 20 minute walk into Verona centre. Room was basic but clean with free Wi-Fi
1. Pretty good terrace for an outdoor breakfast. 2. Staff was good and helpful.
1. IMPORTANT: I was staying there a month ago, paid on the spot, but THEY STILL KEEP MY CREDIT CARD BLOCKED FOR THE AMOUNT OF the 1st night?! 2. Buffet breakfast in a 3-star hotel should be more multifarious. 3. Room is rather small, although it was not an economy double.
Nice breakfast Not far from the city center
Room a little too small
A moderate priced option in Verona Near the station.
Very small rooms and the hotel obviously built on a budget - limited facilities. Poor breakfast
Felt it to be very expensive for the amenities on offer and staff did the bare minimum to support our stay
very clean, nice view, good place to be at center of Verone at 10 min on foot and 5min for the central train station.
small room for this cost
It was clean and comfortable
Close to train station, but next to a weird traffic junction. We had a good night sleep.
Regular hotels in Italy tend to be bad. This one was no exception. We arrived in the evening and ordered a pizza to be delivered to our room from the local trattoria. The next day when we paid the bill, the price of the pizza wasn't the same we previously saw. We asked and the reception lady unkindly told us that it was a delivering fee, which nobody told us before. It's incredible that for the city tax every hotel asks us to pay it in different ways. In this one we were obliged to pay in cash. The room was extremely small, you could barely go pass the bed, the shower too is quite tight. There were several ants crawling on the bathroom floor and in the entrance. The city centre and the arena are a good 20 minute walk from the hotel. But there's no need to pay extra for breakfast because you will find plenty of local cafes where you can get cheaper breakfast options. The hotel is one of the cheapest in central Verona, but the price doesn't reflect the hotel's facilities. €62 for the night in hotel martini seems quite inflated. Also there's wifi in the room but you have to login with either your google or facebook account. A kind of a weird system...
staff is friendly, room is wide and clean,Wi-Fi is accessible without password, surrounding is pleasurable
Close to city & rail station
close to train and bus station breakfast was good
some staff not v helpful room too hot even with air con - which you cant control
Clean. Room is spacious. Luggages storage rooms are secured. Air conditioning is good.
Staff service merely passed. Breakfast excluded and the fee is very expensive.
