Score from 683 reviews Very good
It was an easy walk from the train station. The bathroom was large, very clean, with plenty of storage space.
Breakfast was quite basic, some items ran out. Slightly confusing route into the city.
We stopped here overnight before travelling on to Lake Garda and used it as a base to explore Verona for the day. Good location, nicely located near to the train station and a 20 minute walk into Verona centre. Room was basic but clean with free Wi-Fi
1. Pretty good terrace for an outdoor breakfast. 2. Staff was good and helpful.
1. IMPORTANT: I was staying there a month ago, paid on the spot, but THEY STILL KEEP MY CREDIT CARD BLOCKED FOR THE AMOUNT OF the 1st night?! 2. Buffet breakfast in a 3-star hotel should be more multifarious. 3. Room is rather small, although it was not an economy double.
Nice breakfast Not far from the city center
Room a little too small
A moderate priced option in Verona Near the station.
Very small rooms and the hotel obviously built on a budget - limited facilities. Poor breakfast
Felt it to be very expensive for the amenities on offer and staff did the bare minimum to support our stay
very clean, nice view, good place to be at center of Verone at 10 min on foot and 5min for the central train station.
small room for this cost
It was clean and comfortable
Close to train station, but next to a weird traffic junction. We had a good night sleep.
Regular hotels in Italy tend to be bad. This one was no exception. We arrived in the evening and ordered a pizza to be delivered to our room from the local trattoria. The next day when we paid the bill, the price of the pizza wasn't the same we previously saw. We asked and the reception lady unkindly told us that it was a delivering fee, which nobody told us before. It's incredible that for the city tax every hotel asks us to pay it in different ways. In this one we were obliged to pay in cash. The room was extremely small, you could barely go pass the bed, the shower too is quite tight. There were several ants crawling on the bathroom floor and in the entrance. The city centre and the arena are a good 20 minute walk from the hotel. But there's no need to pay extra for breakfast because you will find plenty of local cafes where you can get cheaper breakfast options. The hotel is one of the cheapest in central Verona, but the price doesn't reflect the hotel's facilities. €62 for the night in hotel martini seems quite inflated. Also there's wifi in the room but you have to login with either your google or facebook account. A kind of a weird system...
staff is friendly, room is wide and clean,Wi-Fi is accessible without password, surrounding is pleasurable
Close to city & rail station
close to train and bus station breakfast was good
some staff not v helpful room too hot even with air con - which you cant control
Clean. Room is spacious. Luggages storage rooms are secured. Air conditioning is good.
Staff service merely passed. Breakfast excluded and the fee is very expensive.
Location close both to the Verona Porto Nuovo station (10 min) and the old town (20 min). Nice breakfast.
Irritating procedure of joining to wifi (login via facebook or google+ and liking their page to gain access).
It has great location: close to city centre, next to a small river, public parking in front of the hotel. We had good night sleep on firm beds with nice pillows (neither small nor big).
Near station and reasonable price. Good breakfast.
No other restaurants nearby.
Everything, stayed twice now good for bus+ train station.
In easy walking distance of Rail Station and fascinating city, museum a must see, very restful, and by far the best European breakfast have encountered in the economy priced Hotels
Best price return on europe cities
Location, value, comfort, friendly staff
Breakfast starting a little earlier would have been nice.
Really convenient for guests with a car. To catch a bus took a 10 minute walk.
The people who work at the hotel are really nice and the hotel is very confortable.
I liked everything. It was excellent!
Friendly people run this hotel
The free w-lan spreads a virus!!!
Great location if you plan regular trips outside of Verona: the train station Porta Nuova is literally 10 mins walk. But be careful: there are hookers cruising near station in the evening:) The hotel is great with its price-quality ratio. The room is bigger than it looks on photo, I think. And the receptionists are very friendly.
Not a big shortage, but I used to have omelet for breakfast. Hotel Martini didn't have it, but it looks to be an all-Italian problem. And I cannot say a word about wifi, as I didn't try it there.
Good location. On a walking distance to town centre.
