Third time in the hotel (4th floor room, this time much more spacious). Breakfast is OK and everything else is a same as ever.
I was in this hotel 3 times, this was second one. Good modern hotel very close to the central train station (5 min walk). Excellent Wi-Fi (free now). Recommended for light-foot travellers.
We have room on the 1st floor - smaller than usual (but with better bed though). Some renovation would be nice. And for sight-seeing it is a bit distant from the city centre (about 20 min walk).
Everything is perfect. I can`t find anything wrong or any reason to complain. Half way to the city center and the show ground. Walking distance to the central railway station. You can walk even to the city center if weather permits.
Breakfast was good
Location, unfriendly, unhelpful staff, room was basic and outdated, no stair access so had to wait very long time for elevator which had gliches
location, shower, cleaness, environment, wifi, breakfast
Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of sweet and savory and healthy. Staff was helpful. Close to the train station. Happy to report that other peoples problem with having to Like on Facebook in order to get wifi has ended. No password even required. Front desk person told me they had a contract with their provider that has ended.
The last 5 minutes of the 20 minute walk from town back to the Martini at night is a bit dodgy and dark. Could be a security problem. Otherwise the Martini was good.
Near railway station
Old, noisy, difficult to find.
Location (close to the station and the historic center), the quality of cleaning, friendly staff.
For breakfast, there is no porridge.
price, excellent breakfast, friendly helpful staff, comfortable clean room. free shuttle bus to partner hotel with restaurant
The best breakfast in the whole two months in Italy
Location is good. Close to station and walking distance to old city Staff helpful Fridge in room Free bus took us to restaurant for dinner Breakfast was great
Nothing except wifi a little slow and inconsistent, but no drama
The location is quite fine, you can walk to the train station within 10 minutes. The building itself are quite beautiful, and the bathroom I like a lot. Toiletries are also prepared, considering that this is just a 3 star hotel, and it is in European.
The room are too small to the price. Small room, only available for a double-bed. The wifi need to be connected to facebook or gmail, that is ridiculous. And the worst of all, is that the mirror is right face to the bed. Terrible!
No restaurant was disapointing as time was at a premium
Clean room, close to train station and next to fresh flowing River water.
A bit far away from the main city centre (like a 20 mins walk).
Noise can be heard from other rooms.
This is best location in Verona for traveller by train. Good breakfast value for money.
It's ok for its price. Not far from the train station- 5min on foot and there are some signs on the way. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is tasty. If you're lookig for smth not expensive and close to the trainstation- that's it. To the city center you need about 12 min also on foot.
For me it is better to pay less and have less luxury. Why should it be the top of the world while the whole day you are outside. For me a hotel is to sleep and shower and has to be clean. This was very okay. I would come for a next time.
This hotel was located near the main train station. The staff in general were nice (but some come across as Abrupt but I think that is more to so with italian attatude rather than been rude). The porters/bar tenders were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good plenty to eat and drink. The hotel is a good 15/20minute walk to the castle (centre of town) which is ok. But if you have any problems with walking E.G. a bad leg or can't walk quickly not the hotel for you. But we took a taxi back from town a couple of nights and it only cost €8 /10 depending on which taxi considering from the train station it cost €10 and that is only a 5 minute walk without road works.
They say they have a resturant but the resturant is not in the hotel. It is suppose to be only 800 meters away when walking its more like 2500 meters. (But they do have a shuttle but to the resturant. The resturant it self we were not impressed either with the resturant itself or the food. They also say there is a free shuttle but to the opera BUT THIS IS ONLY IF YOU EAT IN THERE RESTURANT and if you are staying as we did for 3 nights you have to eat there to get the free suttle bus so really it is not free as it is expenisive to eat there for what you get.
Breakfest was good, staff helpful and friendly.
Breakfast very Good, bemroom and bathroom very clean. Easy tô go tô most important placrs. Notting tô cpmplain.
To acesso wifi we have tô like in Facebook and tey dont gire any ticket when you leve The lugaģe in The deposito.
clean, close to the station, calm area next to the small river
the wall was so thin, but we needed to take a shower after opera, ie. midnight...
It was an easy walk from the train station. The bathroom was large, very clean, with plenty of storage space.
Breakfast was quite basic, some items ran out. Slightly confusing route into the city.
We stopped here overnight before travelling on to Lake Garda and used it as a base to explore Verona for the day. Good location, nicely located near to the train station and a 20 minute walk into Verona centre. Room was basic but clean with free Wi-Fi
