Score from 493 reviews Very good
Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Good location, a 15/20 minute walk into the town centre and next to a tram stop. Free parking outside.
No bars/restaurants near to the hotel itself. Building works ongoing, meaning that we were woken early because of the noise. Very uncomfortable pillows and bed.
Run down location very poor nights sleep due to no wall insulation
The staff was very welcoming and happy to provide a map to us with highlighted areas of places to visit. The internet was free with a strong signal and the location was excellent for getting to Linate airport as well as downtown proper. They are located right next to a major bus and tram stop with places to purchase tickets. We ended up booking another night here towards the end of our stay (we were only in Milan for 2 days total) after such a wonderful experience and would happily go back!
giving all information in details ,assist all my needs like my own brothers. wonderful staffs with nice location and environment and the best capuccino in town. best breakfast for 2 star hotel
Michele was most helpful with advice on restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. He also does excellent cappuccinos. Easy tram/bus to city centre and the stations.
The people who worked there, very friendly and helpful The breakfast spread The location (was ok) The room size (was ok) A/C Free wi-fi
The view from the room wasn't great. Thin walls. The rooms could've been a smidge cleaner. The bathroom could use an upgrade.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The welcoming cappuccino is great. The location is good. Bus No. 60 goes straight to the hotel from the railway station.
The room is small and the bathroom is a little bit smelly.
We appreciated the helpful staff at the front desk. They made our stay there very pleasant.
The rooms could use some updating and the air conditioning in one of our rooms wasn't wasn't working.
1. breakfast arrangement is good 2. close to Linate airport
1. quite distance from the centre of Milan ( about 20-25 minutes walk) 2. no Metro station nearby 3. POOR drainage in both shower and hand basin
Location is not far from the old town centre and Duomo. Regular public transport right outside the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpfull.
Great friendly staff. Always helpful. Couldn't ask for better.
The staff and owner were extremely helpful in giving advice and service . Position was perfectly in the middle of the tourist trap and typical Milanese life .
The Hotel 22 Marzo was everything it was advertised and everything we needed. Although it is not near a Metro station, there is a bus and trolley stop right outside that can take you to a Metro stop in minutes. The many amenities in the bathroom were great and much appreciated and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious!
Hotel is near tram-bus station, walk to centre 20min.Staff wants to do everything for you. The building is now renovating at this moment from the outside. Near Linate airport ( half an hour by taxi and there is a bus which stops in front...
A little noice of the renovating, but they don't start before 8am. The Wifisignal could be better.
The hotel is great and the crew was awesome!
Mikella was the best ever. Never had anyone so helpful or friendly. Best capichino you will ever have.
Small cheap hotel, not far from center, clean room (but small), good value for money to stay overnight.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Rooms very clean. Perfect for what I wanted.
Close to city center. Staff was excellent, thanks for all
It was the repair of building ongoing, noise and dust. It was quite expensive for 2 star hotel.
The friendlyness of the staff were second to none!! Amazing people very helpfull and you can see they love their job! Michele was the best!
The building site outside the bedroom window and being woken up at 8am with a drill by our heads! But saying that the people made up for it, and we were only there a couple of days so not too much of a problem!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Located conveniently near a Supermarket. Bus and tram stops close by.
My room was next to the staircase so I could hear pretty much everything from the corridor. Nothing a good pair of earplugs won't fix though. The room was a bit dark, partly due to the outside renovations.
Very nice and service minded personnel. The site is excellent, walking distance to city centre. Price is very compatible.
From the welcome cappuccino, helping with our heavy suitcases, giving us tips on places to visit and shop to organizing a very affordable taxi to carry our 5 suitcases and his sense of humour, Michele was exceptional. The triple room was spacious compared to the ones we stayed at in Rome and Venice Mestre which were more expensive. The wifi worked perfectly. The breakfast had more variety than any other hotel we stayed in. Other staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom had an awful odour the first night we visited but was promptly fixed.
A nice and decent hotel with nice very friendly and nice staff, a good variety to choose from breakfast and the best cappucino made by Michelo!!! I recomend this hotel!
A bit to dark the room for us
The location is great if arriving in Linate airport: Bus 73 stops in front of hotel (ca 20min). At the same stop in the other direction there is Bus 73 and tram 12 and 27 to city centre (ca 15min). Walking to city is possible in about 1/2 hour. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have windows keeping the traffic noise out and air conditioning. The furniture is basic but in good shape, tasteful design, fresh paint, very clean. WiFi is free of charge.
The rooms are very restricted in space - OK for single traveller or young couple out and about most of the time but the standard roooms would not be big enough for some mature couples and with children. The breakfast has plenty of sweet options but only pork-based cold meats and the cheese is not what you would expect from Italy - if you recover from evening out with coffee, croissant and Aspirin then fine -coffee very good.
