The location is excellent. Very centrally located and having the termini station 100 meters away is an excellen advantage. Tours start from there, metro links and train links are all based from here. Additionally has a great collection of shops and cafes. Breakfast was quite disappointing. Also some of the facilities like providing an iron in the room was not allowed. For late night guests the reception staff was not the best

Very good location, easy access to the attractions and restaurants. Good buffet breakfast. The furniture is dated, toilet not well ventilated so can be smelly. The aircon is not very effective.

Perfect location near train station, easy access to Metro (there are only 2 lines so it is very easy to get around Rome via metro), and buses. Very nice breakfast. Nice, clean, hotel. I loved staying there and would do it again next time.

Although the check-in time later in the day, the staff was generous and let us check in early... at 10 am. Thanks to their flexibility we were able to rest quietly before venturing into the city.

I'd stay here again without question! Arrived in Rome via train. 500 feet from train, metro, and bus terminal. quiet. clean, great breakfast, excellent attentive staff, and well decorated. It may not be in the trendy area of rome. but transportation access was great. It didnt matter where you were just jump on a bus and your back to the station. if you are famiiar with Rome buses and their lack of quality maps you have to appreciate staying near Rome's central transpo hub.

We did like everything in this hotel. Perfect location!!!! 3 min by walk to Termini station. We came from Rome by train and found hotel easy. Rooms are very comfortable and not so small, we booked triple room and had 3 separate beds in our room and it was not crowed. We requested hotel about early c/in to room bcz we came early morning before normal c/in time and hotel did provide room at 9.30-10.00 without any extra payment. All personal were very kind with us and all of them can speak english. This hotel is very good for tourists which come to Rome for short period to see the city and for business trip. We can recomend this hotel to everybody and wish you amazing time in amazing city which called rome!

In General hotel was fine, very clean rooms + every day cleaning was done perfectly. But at beginning we had big argue about the room, as we booked room for 3, when we arrived I found out that room was simple double room with the bed brought in, but that bed I couldn’t call as a bed, it was something like bed, we have tried solve this problem with hotel management as no one was going slip on this bed for 5 night, after long debates good that management agreed with us & they provided additional single room, so this made our stay very comfortable. The suggestion is for the hotel management if the hotel does not hold rooms for 3 person, please remove it from site. I would like make point about the Breakfast, it is terrible, the space is so small & limited so you could even move between tables, & tables are so close that when you seating at table you disturb someone next to you + no choice/ Variety at all. During our stay it was overcrowded all time, no place. I don’t understand why hotel Mng do not make anything with this or they just do not care, as the hotel holds big space in restaurant next to entering door why they do not accommodate people there for breakfast

The location was good. Just about one block from Rome Termine station. It was very quiet in the room because they had double windows and double doors. Overall it was comfortable stay. The room was much smaller than what I expected from the picture. Small breakfast room easily get crowded.

Ideal location near train station & Metro + buses. Nice breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Nice, clean, hotel. Staff friendly and polite. Free wifi is ok. I would definitely choose this hotel again. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Perhaps a small scale refurbishment is needed in the old doors (rooms), but without changing the old fashioned character of the hotel.

The hotel is very much conveniently located, only a few minute's walk from Termini. A triple room we stayed was not very spacious but clean and the shower worked well. Breakfast was better than expected from others' comments. The only one problem was that towel replacement seemed a little bit careless, one day forgotten, one day not sufficiently replenished.
