Staff were not friendly, warm or welcoming
Short walk to train Staff very helpful and efficient Bar is excellent after a days sight seeing Spacious rooms Complimentary breakfast
Needs more pillows
1) Liked the location very much, it's close to trains, metro and trams (Termini Station). Also many good restaurants are close, around Termini and Republica. 2) Liked the wooden floors in the rooms, the size of the rooms and bath rooms.
1) Had a breakdown of the A/C, all water drained and I was feeling like a fire fighter, since the hotel staff did not respond fast enough on our call. They did not inform us what's going on after the incident and it was our initiative to ask for another room. At least we got the other room without discussion. 2) Learned the WiFi performance is very much depending were in the hotel you are. While the performance in the first room was excellent it was very poor in the second room at the same location on the lower floor.
Everyhting was great, clean and comfortable and the staff were so helpful and friendly.
No bar fridge for my medications.
It had a central location, with close access to the subway, ancient Rome and the shopping areas. The rooms were nice and classic, with tall ceilings. The lobby was very nice as well
WiFi didn't work up on our floor, had to go downstairs. Also our bathroom had a weird smell to it....
Proximity to the railway. Breakfasts. Room size & facilities.
We stayed at the Massimo d'Azeglio for one night when we arrived in Rome, before catching a train the next morning. The best thing about the hotel is its proximity to Roma Termini. The restaurant in the hotel had good quality food. The rooms were very clean, although a bit dated. Good value for money.
Near to Termini
Drapery and dust in the room
We checked in the hotel for 3 nights. Dined at the in house restaurant twice. Service and food quality acceptable. Only enjoyed the wifi in the rooms for the first night. Bed was comfortable and room was relatively large. The third night, we had to change our room as there was a leakage. The manager sent us a fruit basket which was such a pleasant surprise. It's only a short walk to the train station so it's really easy and convenient. Breakfast was great too. Overall it was an enjoyable stay despite the inconvenience of unable to get wifi in the room.
No vegetables for breakfast, garage cost 28 EUR / night, thin walls
Very clean and a budget hotel.. Excellent location very near to termini station...
Staff not very friendly... Asked for visiting the wine cave and they didn't allow us to do it..
Perfect hotel for an overnight stay as we came down from Florence and headed off to Dubai the next morning. High quality very close to railway station.
-Fantastic Breakfast, only hotel in Italy with scrambled eggs -Great WiFi -Arctic air-conditioning -Large bathroom with bathtub
-Smelled like cigarette smoke
not clean, unkind staff, no good signal wifi at room.
The man at the reception desk was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was also delicious.
good loaction, good staff, good room, good breakfast.
Noisy with traffic and metro sounds.
smelly drainage from the restroom
Staff very good. Room nice and spacious. Bathroom was huge. Very comfortable.
Located near termini station. Lot of rough looking people around of an evening.
Very easy reach from Termini station. With approx 15mins walk to centre of Rome
I was double charged on my credit card for one night and he could not explain or care to provide an edplunarion of why is matter of fact he was rude and acted as if it was my fault and even told that he didn't had time to answer to come back later, this after I being trying for three days to get an answer. I also experience allergies during my entire stay, only in the room not in the city. Every time something was wrong with the room i.e. Safe not working it will take numerous calls or face to face request to solve the issue. Rome is my favorite city in the world and this place workout a doubt is the worse hotel with the worse staff I have ever used while on Rome. Stay away. You will thank me later.

Smelly drainage inside restroom
Very close to termini and the metro station. The breakfast is good too; they give organic and gluten-free foods. I would love stay there again.
The street sound distracts in the morning.
The staff at the hotel were helpful, accommodating and friendly! Very comfortable last night of a fabulous 15 days spent travelling throughout Italy!!
Cozy hotel in classical style. The room was big and clean. The wifi worked fine and had a strong signal in our room. The central station is just a short walk away.
Most of the outlets in the room was an odd size. They were a little bit too small to fit standard European plugs. So we only had one outlet to charge 2 phones and 2 laptops.
