Large rooms Comfortable bed Good location close to termini
Poor quality of breakfast (lack of proper juices, cheap ham, tinned fruit) Only very small gym available for use in hotel across road- not airconditioned therefore very hot
The city tax that was requested to be paid on our day of departure. It would have been preferable if we had been informed on day of checking in.
Location close to center and shops , spacious room, good breakfast, nice helpful staff
Vero convenient, value for money, vero good location.
Location is very convenient and staff very helpful. Rooms are big and comfortable.
I was initially put in a room for disabled and was not comfortable on the ground floor but on my request moved up the following day. Very attentive staff! Nice hotel overall.
Hotei is near station. Room is wide. Brakfast is very good.
breakfast has good selection 5 mins fr station
the building is elongated so if you get room at one end, it is a long walk that can take 15 minutes from lobby Room is dark and furnishings are antiquated. Room was stuffy and temperature cannot be adjusted
The location is good, only about 5 min walk from Termini and the subway-, bus- and tramstations.
The room was noisy, the sounds from the trams on the streets and the sounds from other rooms (we had a door to another room inside our room) was very unpleasant. The breakfast was not especially good, quite booring and simple.
Good wi fi,good location good breakfast and relaxing lounge area.
The location was excellent. Just in front of the central rail station Termini, even closer to the Metro station. The Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable.
The bed was too hard. The room looked old and tired. The door mirror had a bad stain. The lady receptionist was not very friendly.
Nice big comfortable room.Excellent breakfast and good wi fi.
the location was perfect, good quality hotel and nice personal in the reception people are very helpful for every request. rooms very spacious and comfortable it is worth of money. quite good breakfast. thanks very much for the pleasant stay
nothing to complain except the bed are a bit hard and a better coffee for breakfast
Spacious single room, nice bathroom. Location is close to the airport express train.
Building not well insulated, could hear noise from nearby rooms and from the corridor.
Lovely hotel with a great location, good breakfast, very clean. We stayed in a double room with an extra bed and the room was big enough, and the bathroom also.
the corridor smelled smoke
Amazing front office staff ...specially this nice marchello
Really poor WiFi
The staff at reception where excellent, the breakfast, the towels/bedding. Beautifully decorated.
Bathroom could be a little bit cleaner. In booking.com website it seemed that the hotel had a roof-top terrace, but it was the hotel across the road. We where dissapointed
Lovely hotel with a great location.
The reception staff including bell desk staff are rude and very unfriendly. The only staff who was nice, friendly and helpful was Monica.
worth the money, good location, breakfast is ok
staff seems to be vanishing from the counter every now and then, no guide of numbers to dial in the room,
Loved being so close to the train station! Also adored the classic 18th style décor, the staff was so helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We would go back again. We were in a triple room and had plenty of room, and the bathroom was big enough as well. All was wonderful!!!
The Wi-Fi was very spotty in our room, but able to live with it. All other good things out weighed the spotty Wi-Fi.
Nice staff, big room, excellent location and good breakfast especially there's an organic corner.
Room was clean but found hair on bathtub! Quality of pastry was not really good even if there were many choices.
Friendliness of staff
Close to the train station, big room and big bathroom....good breakfast
Excellent Customer Service. We arrived early by train from Florence (1030 am) and our booked triple room was not ready, we were offered a double and single room at the same price :-) Best breakfast in Rome Festive seasons offers
beautiful rooms, spacious nice breakfast
staff at front desk was okay...just not friendly...
First of all it is very close to Roma Termini, which is great if you are switching between flights and trains. The staff was extremely helpful and helped us in many ways to have a great experience as a family. (Two kids 6 and 11) The WiFi connection was also one of the easiest and fastest I have experienced in a Mediterranean hotel. We found the old concept and style of the hotel charming. Others more picky might find it a little torn in the edges. But we prefer character before places without a soul. We also felt safe and relaxed in the otherwise very busy and messy Rome train station area. We will come back!
