Very nice, elegant bar, pretty breakfast room, not huge but nicely done room with all needed, even a wall safe, Marble bathroom, Did not have time to see the rooftop garden.

Attitude of staff excellent. We arrived at 0900 and as our room was available, we were immediately assigned it. As we had been traveling for 20 hours, this was much appreciated. Convenience to railway station was also a major plus.

Be wary of the wi-fi numbers you are given. Ours were faulty. Fixed though.

Very close to Termini. Easy connections via trains, bus and subway. Short walk to several attractions. Reasonable restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet was varied and more than enough to satisfy. Breakfast staff was excellent and attentive to clients needs.

Front desk staff were efficient but somewhat aloof in manner.

excellent service, rooms are very clean, location is perfect. I recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to venture in rome.

- No slipper & kettle provided - Very old carpet (looks dirty) in room - All croissant (Breakfast) are sweet (suggest to offer a plain taste one)

Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Room was a good size, comfortable, clean and well presented. Free WiFi was great as was the breakfast buffet. Good value for money and very handy location as right by termini station.

If you prefer to wonder around rather than use taxi's/ metro/ bus etc would recommend staying a bit further into the city centre rather than near termini as this is where most of the attractions and nice bars/ restaurants are.

It is a well kept old hotel. Staff very helpful and kind. Variety for breakfast. Spacious bathroom.

Personally I dont like a blanket and sheet only on a bed, a nice fluffy duvet feels much more luxurious.

The location was great, easy access to the metro and major sightseeing spots.

They beds and pillows were hard. The road noise was loud

Very close to the train station and many of the ancient sites. We had stayed there 48 years ago and wanted to return. Room faced the courtyard...very quiet!!!

The beds were not comfortable.Had to ask the staff for things; pillows, coffee, water Etc.

- Location: very close to Termini Metro and Bus station. - Breakfast: service staff and food are quite good, but not 4-star quality. - Toiletries and towels are changed everyday. - Wifi worked OK. - Since I was staying for about a week, the reception accepted to give me a larger, better room.

- The room I got at my arrival had nothing to do with the pictures during the reservation process. Small bathroom and very old TV set, with bad signal. I asked to have my room changed. - Breakfast: although food items are the same everyday, for hot (only scrambled eggs and bacon), cold (a couple types of cheese and ham), cakes, fruit in syrup, etc. Not much to choose from.

The staffs. They are the worst one I've ever met so far.I Requested about electric plug converter(mine is uk type) and they replyed me like I am not their customer saying like I am wrong to ask for it. I will never stay in this hotel and definitely would not recomend to anyone.

Location close to buses trains and trams, gorgeous room & bathroom with loads of space.

Desk staff was very off-hand when we arrived but were replaced by much nicer ones after that.

Close proximity to Termini station, restaurants, bus tours, friendly staff and nice buffet breakfast.
