De grote kamer en de netheid Het hotel is weliswaar netjes maar gedateerd. Het ontbijt was minimaal voor een hotel in deze prijsklasse. In geval van drukte wordt het ontbijt op 2 plaatsen gehouden. Op de tweede locatie was het ontbijt nog soberder. De receptie was erg nors

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Grootte van de kamer en de airco deed het niet, wellicht te vroeg in seizoen maar warm was het wel.

The team was very friendly and helpfull. The location was good - just one street too the termini. Clean room evrey day. Great wi-fi all over all the time. Very Small bathroom ( not like the picture). The hotel looks a little old.no coffee or tea in the room. only one channel in inglish on tv.

i loved that the hotel is so central and walking to the trainstation ect is save during the night because of the perfect location. i will never stay in a different hotel in rome ever again. loved the hotel!

Good 4 stars hotel in few steps from Termini station. We needed one night stay close to Termini - it was a perfect choice. Good breakfast, excellent location, professional and friendly hotel staff.

Hotel is at 2 minutes walk from Termini Train Station which is good. Hotel is great with its full breaksaft. Really good breakfast Availabke wireless all over in addition to a 2 discktop PCs at the loby floor nearby a lot of restaurants, shops and other attractions About 150 Euro per night is a little high for an avaragae aged Htel (its not new!!!) 4 star hotel No nice view from any side of the hotel and the rear view looks at the rear side of the hotel.but u r in Rome so go see something else

Excellent staff, breakfast very delicious and rich, clean and luxurious rooms, near Termini station. To see just how great the staff is, I forgot my Ipad in the room after checking out and they kept it at the front desk until I came back for it. Thank you Marcelo for that ! Bogdan (room 104) :-) everything was fine

The location is perfect. Close to the main station and an easy walk to the main areas of Rome. Pleasant and comfortable hotel and the staff are generally welcoming and helpful Bathroom is small

Large bed and bathroom. The wine cellar was only open for large parties. This was the main reason we chose this hotel is because the website was misleading in the sense that the wine cellar was open for anyone with a great selection of wines. My wife and I were extremely disappointed.

Perfect location right across the central train station,hop on hop off station across the road. Staff was very considerate we arrived at 9am in the morning and we were allowed to check in that time only despite the actual time for check in being 2pm. Nice clean comfortable rooms bathroom very clean with all appropriate facilities. Good breakfast over all very good experience with them keep it up!

Perfect location near train station, easy access to Metro (there are only 2 lines so it is very easy to get around Rome via metro), and buses. Very nice breakfast. Nice, clean, hotel. I loved staying there and would do it again next time.

The hotel was ok. The room was quite large which was nice. Although rooms were shabby and old-fashioned. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was proper ; every member of our family found something to eat :) I would say the hotel was very easy place to stay, especially for its location.

Our requests were followed up by the staff. Despite the central location it was very quiet there thanks to the following up our request on the windows into courtyard. We liked the real wooden parquet. The internet connection was not very fast but the key advantage was that we could do on-line check in and print out our boarding passes at the hotel lobby. We will certainly recommend the hotel to our friends. No specific comment. The price was high enough ( I compare with the hotel in Paris where we stayed) but the ratio price and value was very good for the Rome conditions. On the other hand, those who are focused on the luxury please dont count on this item in the hotel.

The front desk attendants were polite, very serviceable and helpful on all matters we brought to their attention. The breakfast included in the room rate was excelent and offerered a good selection and variety of fruits, cold meats, cheese, etc. the servers were also polite and courteous, specially Ana-a very young lady- who I believe was a Captain or Supervisor for the breakfast room. The Betoja restaurant, super. The room and bath roomo, although small, were confortable, clean and well kept. The Location, closed to Termini Station was excelent to easily move around the city. Overall rating, excelent.

I appreciated the closeness of the hotel to the Roma Termine train station, about a five minute walk away. The hotel was immaculate, the service excellent and they provided a very substantial breakfast with the cost of the room. I also liked that they had free wireless in all of their rooms.

We were impressed with the room which was quite spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom and double sinks. I believe it was a triple room since there was a cot in the room; but we had only booked a twin room. The room faced a courtyard and was very quiet. The hotel was very close to the train station, and within walking distance to many tourist sites. Breakfast lasted until 10:30 A.M. which was nice and there was plenty of variety. The staff were not overly friendly or informative when we first checked in. We had to inquire about details for breakfast as it was not offered upon check in and there was no particular warm welcome. However, this improved during the rest of our stay. The hotel information inside the room indicated there were 2 or 3 English channels including a movie channel but there was only 1 English news channel which was a little disappointing and surprising considering this is a 4 star hotel. All in all we were quite pleased with the accommodation.

I was pleasantly surprised by Bettoja Hotel Massimo d'Azeglio. Having never seen the hotel, I was a bit nervous. All my fears were swept away by the professional and warm reception by the staff. The hotel itself is very impressive, well-kept and beautifully furnished. The breakfast buffet staff was flawless, graceful and welcoming. The food selection was more than adequate, in fact, huge. I will highly recommend the Bettoja Hotel Massimo d'Azeglio to my family and friends.
