Staff and rules in the SPA too strict and unfriendly. Reception for check in, reception for check out and buffet for breakfast positioned in different buildings and different streets.

Very few hotels have rooms for families. That is why we stayed, because a family of four could be accommodated . We were impressed by the lovely staff, and the clean rooms. Very nice! There was a lot of noise in adjoining rooms

Nice sized room at reasonable rate given it was an 'economy double'. Great location, two mins from the arena and right by a bus stop so got bus from train station. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of cakes, yoghurts, continental (e.g. meats, croissants) and also some hot e.g. scrambled egg, bacon, sausages. Room was very hot and couldn't work out how to turn down heating. Also, room was very noisy, partly just because walls/ceilings seemed very thin but also because the toilets have a weird "shredder" system that make a strange, loud noise at random every hour or so. We were only staying a night but if it had been longer I'd have mentioned it to get it sorted as it was quite disruptive.

We really loved this hotel, we had a room for 4 and it was spacious with a very large double and single in one room and a separte room with a single bed... It was comfortable and clean and had a modern shower. The hotel provided a good breakfast each morning and we also used the spa facilities for e25 which was a great way to relax after a busy day sight seeing! The location was absultely perfect just outside the city wall and we walked everywhere from the hotel The only downside was the hairdryer wasn't very good!

Mostly its location. 1. On ourarrival to the hotel the lady in the front desk was not so nice (understatement). By the way, in the morning of the next day the lady in the front desk 9another one) was very sympathetic and helpful. 2. Since the hotel is located in the center when you arrive first time to the hotel with a car for the check in there is a serious problem of parking. We found that the hotel has already reserved two temporary parking places (which we did not kow in advance). I recommend the hotel and booking.com as well to indicate this issue clearly with the other information on the hotel. It will be very helpful ! Ady

I reserved parking place. I received no confirmation and upon arrival I was told that there was no parking available at the hotel. A public parking was indicated near the hotel - at lower price. I would have prefered to know beforehand that there was no parking place in the hotel!!

I changed my reservation at the last time and move the check in date one day earlier due to flight schedule changes/wheather conditions. I called the reseption on the way and ask if it is ok if I check in in 2 hours and move my reservation one day earlier without any cancellation fee. They say ok on the phone and confirmed they have an available room that night. I arrived to hotel around 10 P.m, quite late and they helped me for this sudden check in and reservation changes. I assume that it was because I moved my check in one day earlier and arrived the hotel at late night, but the room was so unconfortable that I have ever had untill now. I had a bussiness trip next day and I was sleepness, tired and cauched cold because the room was so chilly (like 10 c) during the night. I could not sleep at all since I was freezing in the room. Air conditioning and heating system was so old and tired. It was noisy and could not make the room warm up until morning. The room was not in the main building of the hotel. It was on a flat of another apartment (which is a common apartment, not a hotel building). There was no reception in the building.

Hotel was conveniently located just outside the main city gate. Room was very clean with adequate bathroom facilities. It is a convenient walk or cab ride from train station. The Arena, restaurants and shops are a short walk from hotel. They also had a nice breakfast included in price. We enjoyed our stay very much, but on the last day the elevator broke down which was a slight inconvenience since we had to check out that day. There was also some laundry bags that cluttered the steps one of the days.

Location is just perfect! Close to Arena and everything (not too close to railway station, but we did it, it took us 20 min. with bags). Rooms are nicely done, quite enough space. Bathroom is perfect. Breakfast is nice, but coffee is a problem after 9 a.m. :) No fruits and vegetables for breakfast, but I cannot see a big problem in it. Staff is very friendly, but don't always have maps on stock which is quite funny. Wifi costs additional money, but connection is ok. For this cost, I would expect wifi to be included. Also, coffee would be nice to have for breakfast ;)
