“Quad room was very spacious and comfortable and use of a small kitchen very handy. Nice not to be crammed into one room as you often are in family rooms. Parking at the hotel very convenient especially in Rome!! Staff very helpful.”

The reception staff were amazing! They let me check in early, which helped alot. This gave us a chance to do some early sightseeing of the city. Very helpful answering all my questions and even called me a cab to visit the Colosseum when asked. Everytime with a smile. From the first day we arrived till the last. Can't complain. Breakfast should be better. Juices weren't labeled and could be confusing to know which is which. Didn't know if it was fruit, tomato, carrot, pinneaple or orange. We had to taste from each one to find out. No eggs, bacon, cheese or hams,No fresh fruits, only canned. Only breads, pastries, crackers, yogurt, nutella & jams and muffins. Coffee and Cappuchino were also available. Cappuchino only on request. I believe a good day should start with a well balanced breakfast and this for me wasn'T.

The hotel staff was great to work with - they were able to help with any problems. Our room was a great size for our family. We did not feel cramped at all. The Only problem was with the A/C - It did not really work well. But since the windows opened we were able to cool off in the evening.

Fairly accessible to public transit; access to major sights OK--not great--breakfast -Need to disclose Rome tourist tax (Euro/day/person) upfront on website... Not included in hotel lodging -need to povide public bus/transit maps -most importantly, should provide free internet access in the rooms vice only in lobby area

The were very nice when we arrived. We got our room right away and we very impressed with the size. There was a living room with a pullout couch, a kitchenette, a goos sized bathroom and large room. We were traveling with our 1 year old son and they were very accomadating. They had a playpen already set up in the room when we got there and when we needed a taxi to the airport they arranged a car for us that had a childs carseat. Great service, great room, a bit far from major sights but we enjoyed the walk guess it depends on how far your willing to walk.

The hotel has spacious appartments and convenient location. This hotel may be recommended to families with children. The room which was offered to my family on arrival at the hotel didn't match the room description on the booking.com web-site. This problem has been solved by the hotel general manager with help of booking.com staff.

It was close to all the attractions, but not too close where you would be in a tourist heavy area. The staff was nice and helped where they could. It also had a clean feeling to it. The only really big problem would be the breakfeast it could have included more but aside from that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Very very spacious appartment (2 rooms) about 40m2. Room was cleaned every day and towels were changed regullary. Excellent location for tourists, who prefer to visit city on foot. 15 minutes from nearest metro station on foot. Very friendly staff. Good value for money, we booked it on "offer of the day" on booking.com. Appartments which are orientated to the inner side of the building are more quiet, one apparment 101 which was orientated on the street was noisy - garbage truck was at 07.00 and 23.00 , and we changed room to 412 - it was very quiet. Excellent coffe on breakfast. Poor breakfast included only sweet things like: croasants, bread, marmelades, corn flakes e T.C. without eggs, bacon ... Furniture is in solid condition, but generally room needs renovation. Pretty loud air conditioning system (we turned it off on night).

A great hotel . For what we paid it was excellent value for money. A great location in a safe part of the city. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful especially Deveido and Pino. The place was very clean and the rooms are very spacious. Very convenient for Barberini metro , Trevi fountain and Villa Borghese. Would definitely recommend and we will certainly return. Many thanks to the lady in the dining room who made up a lovely breakfast tray to take to the room when my wife slept in.

Firstly, a big 'thank you' to the staff at Mayfair. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all courteous, friendly and helpful at all times and spoke very good English We were surprised by the size of the suite we were allocated, which was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Despite other comments to the contrary, we found the breakfast to be more than adequate and enjoyed the fresh bread, delicious croissants, soft cheeses, fruit, cereals and yoghurt very much. As the hotel is in a business district it is very quiet at night. The decor is a little tired and shabby. We could have done with an electric kettle in the kitchenette.

This hotel is great for traveling with children. We traveled with 2 small children. The hotel room was big so we felt like staying at home, room and toilet were clean. It is also very convenience to have kitchen with plates, pots, cups, and silverware. The lady works in the restaurant were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was fine. Good hotel with fair price. The location is a couple blocks from the bus station, but this is your own choice as a hotel guest. You will not find such a big hotel room in the middle of Rom with this price. I would like to have more tourist information such as brochures, public transportation info and good maps in the lobby. We had to stay en extra night but the rate wasn't good unfortunately.

Location, spaciousness of accommodation, cleanliness and helpful staff. Thought the hotel could have had more information on travel, I.E. bus timetables, and metro. Also think it would be a good idea to have information about booking trips to various sites I.E. The Vatican City, the Coleseum etc. Actual Tourist information offices do not provide much information on the above.

The suite was large, well appointed, and extremely comfortable. It was always relaxing to come back to it. The rooms were immaculate and thouroughly cleaned each day, The staff was very courteous and all spoke English. The hotel was quiet and always uncrowded. The kitchen facility was perfect for light meals. Breakfast was searved in a large dining room and was perfectly adequate. The hotel was in a lovely area just minutes from via Veneto and Boprghese park, close to transportation and walking distance to the historic center. A perfect expereience, true value, and it rates a 10 in my book. Would definitely return and recommend to friends. I liked everything....and I'm very particular
