We appreciated the effort to make breakfast nice by offering second cup of freshly made cappuccino and home made jam and marmelade. The rooms are very clean but they could be decorated in order to make them more lively and warm.

- Home and friendly atmoshere.For me it wasn't a hotel, it's a house with it's history and all facilities. I enjoyed it a lot. I don't want to return back to Sperlonga, but I want to return back to a hotel. - Service was excelent. -Excellent breakfast -Good location No access to internet on 3rd floor.

Free parking. Very close to beach (and everything else in Sperlonga). Also appreciated the environmental friendly policy. A nice hotel close to the beach, but probably not the most romantic hotel in town.

La plage de l'hôtel fut très appréciée: nous avions droit à 2 chaises longues et une petite table avec parasol.Magnifique pour les baigneurs! Belle promenade sur le bord de mer. le balcon était très agréable. Nous n'avions que quelques pas à faire pour nous rendre à la ville et à la "gelato"...

La gentilezza della famiglia che gestisce l'hotel e la posizione centrale. Mi e' piaciuta molto anche la vista mare dal balconcino della stanza. Ottima la colazione.

camera essenziale ma pulitissima e carina, staff eccellente, colazione ottima, posizione superba a due passi dal mare! nessuna nota negativa, anche la vista dal balconcino era splendida. consigliatissimo per tutte le esigenze, weekend romantico o gita con gli amici o con i bambini. perfetto!

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, gute Lage, moderne Ausstattung, zwei Balkons im Zimmer, Blick auf das Stadtzentrum von Sperlonga von unserer Seite des Hotels, kostenloser Internet-PC in der Rezeption, kostenloser Parkplatz beim Hotel, sehr sauber und freundliches Personal - alles super!

It is a lovely small hotel. Our room was very confortable and clean.The breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant.It was nice to have the free beds and umbrellas on the beach. It is such a lovely town.I Would certainly recommend it to my friends

This is a lovely small hotel in a great location in Sperlonga. We loved the balcony, the comfort of the beds, the clean & nicely appointed bathroom, and the delicious breakfast. It's a 5-minute walk to restaurants, a nice little food & wine shop, and the beach. The hotel has chairs & umbrellas on the beach that (once you locate them) are comfortable and free! The owner is not very friendly at all, so we avoided him and tried to just communicate with other people there, who were very helpful. I don't expect people to speak English (it's their country, after all!) and we were embarrassed not to know more Italian, but it would be nice if they were more willing to try to communicate. We ended up going to the tourist office to book a taxi when we left, because we didn't want to deal with trying to explain what we needed to the front desk.
