Restaurant menu very limited for one with allergies to fish. Staff friendly.

Convenient location for arrival by train and sightseeing buses, comfortable room, good breakfast and good range of cafe's nearby

1st room they gave me was already occupied, reception has more staff than customers but service is slow

The personal was very friendliy. The locations is very good and the room was clean and comfy. At the end the concierge booked spontain a limousine to bring us to the airport for €48. Exactly the same price as a taxi would be but very comfotable.

Dinning room for breakfast is a nightmare. I've stayed several times at this Hotel and the main problem is the dinning room. It is too small for the amount of people staying there.

Great location near Termini and several museums. I enjoyed the roof-top bar.

Terrible wi-fi, limited television, and a room that only the old Intourist system would rate as 4 stars as in if you sat on the toilet your chin was in the sink (really). Over-priced facility that caters to larger tour groups from what I saw in a short stay.

excellent location, close to the Termini station so 100meters to move bags, 20-30 minutes walking to most sites. large room, very clean, most staff very helpful, breakfest is good, and internet is fast with both included

expensive, but in the end worth it for the piece of mind and comfort. roof top restraunt was expensive and food and service very bland. Spending a lot of money for view but constantly being pushed by traffic going to the bar (close to edge of dining tables) not worth it

Breakfast very good, Location excellent to get there and to move around the city through public transport and city tour buses. Rome view from the room (10th floor) and also they have a terrace restaurant.

Absolutely loved the roof terrace bar/restaurant. The staff are very helpful and friendly without being pushy. Great value for money. The breakfast is exceptional for Italy with a really good choice of cold and warm dishes. Real coffee!

Perfect location, close to station Termini.. Also close to attractions like the Colloseum. Hotel high class, big and good looking lobby. We got a big room. Not noicy.

Restaurant Roof Garden is small, also the terrace there.. (Only for 3 tables). We ordered menu with scampies, but we only got 2 dishes with rice, covered with scampi water (it seemed). Almost not eatable.. So simple dish, but it still took long time to get. (40 min).. The beds also hard.. The rest good service

Location was good and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was slightly better than that generally served by the average European hotel.

Staff was generally not very friendly. Whether traveling for pleasure or business, you like to be greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Generally, I felt somewhat of a dismissive attitude from most of the reception staff at the hotel. The triple room was very small.
