το ξενοδοχειο ειναι σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσια(κοντα σε σταθμους),το προσωπικο ειναι πολυ ευγενικο και προθυμο να σε εξυπηρετησει.Καθαριζαν και τακτοποιουσαν καθημερινως το δωματιο μας.Το πρωινο επισης ηταν πολυ καλο,θα μπορουσε ομως να ηταν πλουσιοτερο! Τα δωματια ειναι λιγο μικρα και θα ηταν χρησιμο να ηταν αποσπομενο το ''τηλεφωνο" του ντους..... |

Πολύ καλή θέση, πολύ κοντα στον κεντρικό σταθμό Termini και δίπλα στο μετρό. Μεγάλο άνετο δωμάτιο με καλή διακόσμηση. Πολύ καλός ο χώρος της υποδοχής και του σαλονιού, η σκάλα και η ταράτσα Ο καθαρισμός των δωματίων είναι ελλιπής και πρέπει να βελτιωθεί |

ηταν κοντα σε ολα!κεντρικοτατο,2 βηματα απο τον σταθμο του μετρο και των τρενων και σε ολα τα αξιοθεατα! το πρωινο ηταν σχετικα φτωχο. |

we enjoyed staying here and returned for a second stay. Rooms very comfortable. Really good location, close to station and easy walk to various sites Did not really find any problems. |

The manager was very helpful when we had to cut our stay short due to an illness in the family. It was large and impersonal and our room was extremely noisy being next to an elevator. When the occupant above us ran a bath it was so loud that it could have been coming from our own bathroom |

The Hotel setup was very good, it had all that is needed for a comfortable stay & contained inside the Hotel. Location was good for getting around. The room smelt strongly of Heavy smoking, even though the floor was meant to be entirely non smoking. |

Hotel is comfortable,good location in the center near to different objects - monuments, museums, concerts and shopping area, kind staff, clean room. A bit too nousy street. |

Staff was very courteous, view & food from the restaurant was excellent. The room was great - although a bit loud (to be expected in such a busy area though) Nothing that you could control I think. While the location is great for the train, it is not so great for a surrounding area. |

Proximity to the train station is good. For the value we paid, we expect better room. If you do not request, they'll put you in the ground floor, corner room. However, after request they ask me which floor I wanted to stay and better room. I wonder why won't they want to give the best available room for guest, to make them comfortable and the "come home" feeling. My impression of the first room assigned to me was "am I in a budget hotel?". |

We enjoyed the accessibility to transportation and walking diatance to sites of interest, the friendly and professional staff, the room (size, decor, facilities), the rooftop terrace and view, the great breakfast. |

good service, friendly staff, openable windows that sealed the noise out when closed, decoration and theme with in the hotel was an old roman feeling. Breakfast menu did not offer enough variation. |

Hotel staff was very helpful. Hotel very close to the Termini - easy to travel anywhere from there. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast. |
