Big and clean room. Location is very close to "Termini" the metro and train. Hotel staff is impatient when I asked for wifi code which is so odd that you have to ask a piece of paper printing with the different code every day from front desk. Breakfast is like they are treating poor people from streat rather than a guest who had spent so much money in their hotel. Can't believe that in such a so called 4 star hotel, their staff is lack of professional manner and respect to their guests.

Very comfortable room and bath. Location good for travel through Termini Stazione. Best to walk in other direction (away from Termini Stazione) for better restaurants, etc. The breakfast was very hearty. Free wifi a big plus. An old world feel. Rooms very quiet, a lovely respite from the hustle and bustle of Rome. The rooftop terrace can't be beat for drinks and a great view - we didn't eat there but were given nice complimentary salty snacks. We had a good stay there our last night in Rome and would come back.

I found the staff were willing to be most accommodating, and one of the desk personnel was willing to make necessary inquiries after I had lost an item on the Saturday evening. At little more attention to the plumbing fixtures in the rooms is recommended. Our WC (toilet) looked like it had never been properly attached to the floor, never worked properly for more than a few hours, and at one point leaked profusely. It was a good thing there was a drain in the floor for all that water. The staff addressed the first issue involving it running all night when we brought it to their attention, and then when the water leaked, (and would naturally have been discovered by the cleaning staff) that issue was dealt with as well.

Location. It is very close to Roma Termini, so travlling is easy. Whether it is city trip or even inter-city trip is always convenient. However, the staffs is really un-friendly. They treated us like dirt. So feisty and so ignorance. The same goes for the bell captain. The internet is using some sort of password for each device. They gave me smoking room instead of Non-Smoking room. Luckily we stayed for only one night so we can avoid these misery.

We loved the spaciousness of our room. Walter, the desk clerk who checked us in and assisted us during our stay, was excellent! He made us feel welcome and well-cared for. Some of the other desk clerks were helpful, also. They provided a very nice breakfast buffet. The free internet in the lobby was wonderful! Some of the desk clerks were very aloof. They acted like they didn't want to be bothered with us...like they had more important things to attend to.

The location was great - a stones throw from the central Rome train station I booked and paid for two rooms - a twin and a double. When we arrived we were given two doubles, which turned out to actually be two single beds pushed together in both rooms, so we got them to split the "double" into two singles, but my double was still 2 singles and was very uncomfortable.

On entering the Hotel, one imediately felt a sense of calm from the bustle of city life. You felt this was an efficiently run business where the comfort of the guests was paramount. Our superior twin roon was a delight and we were sorry to leave it. The roof top terrace and restaurant with its panaramic view of Rome made our stay in Rome very special.

The decor was precisely what we wanted with a tradditional feel. The staff were really helpful and dealt with enquiries well. You could not ask for better during the day. Rooms were serviced correctly. To drink wine in the lounge, you had to pay restaurant prices and there was no bar facility. Room service prices you expect. The price of drinks and food were way over the top and saw little evidence of customers taking refreshment out side of breakfast. Unfortuntely we had to complain of 3 days of noise from a room above but they did not seem to understand and constantly refered to the room along side where there was no problem
