駅から近く便利でした。部屋もきれいで快適に過ごせました。アメニティーも充実していた。フィットネスもあ- り運動不足の人にもお勧めです。地下の共用トイレも清掃が行き届いてよかった。朝食に洋ナシやプラムなどあ- りバラエティーに富んでいた。 また利用したい。 朝食の100％のフレッシュジュースがほしかった。。。 |

駅のすぐ近くで大変便利。大通り沿いのため治安の悪さも感じない。建物、室内内装は古い。朝食はパン、ハム- 、チーズ、卵、果物、ヨーグルト等充実している。 道路側の部屋だったが、窓が二重でシャッターまでついているのに外の騒音が結構聞こえる。一見よく掃除され- ているがベッド下の埃がすごい。埃アレルギーの反応がでた。洗面所のコップに黒いカスが溜まっていて不潔だ- った。シャワーが固定式。 |

日本人を見下げたスタッフの態度、老舗にあぐらをかいた高い料金設定等で、個人旅行であればやめておいた方- がよい。日本人はツアー客がメインで、選択の余地なく泊まっているようでした。 スタッフの宿泊客に対する態度が不快でした。(こちらから挨拶をしても、挨拶を返さない、笑顔の接客を行わ- ない等) |

駅から近くてとても便利でした。また、部屋で暖かいお湯を作れるので、暖かいコーヒーーが飲めてよかったで- す。部屋の鍵を二つ貰えたので、別行動ができてよかったです。 朝食の時、サラダがあったりなかったりしたので、常時置いてほしかったです。 |

ホテルスタッフのサービスは最低である。レストランの紹介依頼をしたら要求したところと異なる、懇意と思わ- れる先の名刺を渡され、戻って違うと指摘すると、マネジャーに悪態をつきながら、「ジャポネーゼがどうのこ- うの」と言いながら分からないを連発しながらしぶしぶ対応し、後ろのマネジャーもいい加減やめろみたいなト- ーンで話しているし、カード利用可能なタクシーを頼めば、運転手はカードは使用不可といいポーターとトラブ- ルわ、食事も途中なのに片付けられるわ、本当にひどいサービスのホテルであった。 上記のとおり不満だらけで残念であった。 |

最高のロケーション。朝食は簡素だが、continental BFなので特に不満はない。部屋も広く快適。 短時間部屋を出ている間、Don't disturbにしていたがステイメークが行われていた。ヨーロッパではたまにあることなので予期してはい- たが、４つ星レベルなのでここは守って欲しいところ。 |

家族4人で宿泊しました。トリプルルームを予約していたのですが、狭く感じたので広い部屋に変えてもらえる- ようにお願いしたところ、快く変えてくれました。駅からも１００ｍくらいの場所にあるので観光にも大変便利- でした。メトロもバスもどこからでも乗れるので子連れの方にはお勧めのホテルです。私たちの場合、午前中観- 光・ホテルで少し休憩・午後からまた観光・・・という具合に動いていました。 |

we enjoyed staying here and returned for a second stay. Rooms very comfortable. Really good location, close to station and easy walk to various sites Did not really find any problems. |

The manager was very helpful when we had to cut our stay short due to an illness in the family. It was large and impersonal and our room was extremely noisy being next to an elevator. When the occupant above us ran a bath it was so loud that it could have been coming from our own bathroom |

The Hotel setup was very good, it had all that is needed for a comfortable stay & contained inside the Hotel. Location was good for getting around. The room smelt strongly of Heavy smoking, even though the floor was meant to be entirely non smoking. |

Staff was very courteous, view & food from the restaurant was excellent. The room was great - although a bit loud (to be expected in such a busy area though) Nothing that you could control I think. While the location is great for the train, it is not so great for a surrounding area. |

Proximity to the train station is good. For the value we paid, we expect better room. If you do not request, they'll put you in the ground floor, corner room. However, after request they ask me which floor I wanted to stay and better room. I wonder why won't they want to give the best available room for guest, to make them comfortable and the "come home" feeling. My impression of the first room assigned to me was "am I in a budget hotel?". |

We enjoyed the accessibility to transportation and walking diatance to sites of interest, the friendly and professional staff, the room (size, decor, facilities), the rooftop terrace and view, the great breakfast. |

good service, friendly staff, openable windows that sealed the noise out when closed, decoration and theme with in the hotel was an old roman feeling. Breakfast menu did not offer enough variation. |
