Miła i uprzejma obsługa. Bardzo dobre i obfite śniadania w formie szwedzkiego stołu. Rewelacyjna restauracja na 10-tym piętrze. |

To dobry hotel z dobrym kontaktem recepcji z klientem, przyzwoite śniadania, dość dobre miejsce w zasięgu 10 minut taksówką do ciekawych miejsc w Rzymie ( przy cenie do 10 Euro za kurs). Klimatyzacja centralna - czasem działa dziwnie. |

Bardzo blisko dworca Termini. Jest to plus gdy ktos nie chce brac taksowki do hotelu oraz byc tam szybko od przylotu do Rzymu. Faktycznie tak jak opisywali inni - mily taras na dachu hotelu z restauracja dobry do ogladania panoramy Rzymu. Jeśli ktos chce dokladnych informacji o hotelu i o tym jak warto spedzic czas w Rzymie niech napisze do mnie na: wojmir@wp. Bardzo slabe sniadanie jak na hotel 4*. Braki wybranego asortymentu pieczywa. Brak warzyw, nawet pomidowow.... Soki nedzne. Ciagla kolejka do ekspresu do kawy ale sama kawa calkiem niezla! |

Dobra lokalizacje dla tych ktorzy chcą zwiedzać miasto Pokoje dość dobrze wyposażone. Ogrzewanie i klimatyzacja działajądobrze a nawet zadobrze. Szpary w oknach, śniadanie przeciętne jak na hotel cztero gwiazdkowy. Pokoje małe i odbiegające od tego co pokazują na zdjęciach. Nie jest to hotel który zachwyca wyposarzeniem i wystrojem. |

The manager was very helpful when we had to cut our stay short due to an illness in the family. It was large and impersonal and our room was extremely noisy being next to an elevator. When the occupant above us ran a bath it was so loud that it could have been coming from our own bathroom |

The Hotel setup was very good, it had all that is needed for a comfortable stay & contained inside the Hotel. Location was good for getting around. The room smelt strongly of Heavy smoking, even though the floor was meant to be entirely non smoking. |

Hotel is comfortable,good location in the center near to different objects - monuments, museums, concerts and shopping area, kind staff, clean room. A bit too nousy street. |

Staff was very courteous, view & food from the restaurant was excellent. The room was great - although a bit loud (to be expected in such a busy area though) Nothing that you could control I think. While the location is great for the train, it is not so great for a surrounding area. |

Proximity to the train station is good. For the value we paid, we expect better room. If you do not request, they'll put you in the ground floor, corner room. However, after request they ask me which floor I wanted to stay and better room. I wonder why won't they want to give the best available room for guest, to make them comfortable and the "come home" feeling. My impression of the first room assigned to me was "am I in a budget hotel?". |

We enjoyed the accessibility to transportation and walking diatance to sites of interest, the friendly and professional staff, the room (size, decor, facilities), the rooftop terrace and view, the great breakfast. |

good service, friendly staff, openable windows that sealed the noise out when closed, decoration and theme with in the hotel was an old roman feeling. Breakfast menu did not offer enough variation. |

Hotel staff was very helpful. Hotel very close to the Termini - easy to travel anywhere from there. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast. |
