Good buffet breakfast, good location

A bit expensive, broken shower- head never fixed

The location was close to the bus and train station, so if you need to walk with luggage, it is very easy. The area is pretty quiet and the rooms large. The buffet breakfast is very good, and the staff friendly.

The only thing I didnt like was that the hotel had no maps of the city at reception. I had to find a tourist office. In February only one was open in the city and it took me a few hours to find it. Otherwise, it was excellent

abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel settimana scorsa, ci siamo trovati benissimo, camere spaziose e davvero accoglienti; la colazione abbondante e variegata, il risveglio con l'odore dei cornetti appena sfornati. Le ragazze del ricevimento , cordiali e disponibili per qualsiasi informazione necessaria. Punto strategico poiché poco fuori dal centro storico, raggiungibile benissimo a piedi, così da evitare problemi di posteggio. che dire??....sicuramente torneremo l'anno prossimo...

Было холодно. Кондиционер не грел. Обогреватели не дали, дали только одеяло. Город разочаровал. Смотреть нечего.

Gentilezza, professionalità, ottima e ricca prima colazione anche con ottime torte tradizionali fatte in casa, pulizia ovunque e vicinissimo al centro storico ed anche alla zona uffici principali della città. Ritornerò.

Very clean, convenient, easy to park

Struttura equidistante per la visita a piedi sia dell'isola di Ortigia molto vicina, sia del teatro greco. Stanze comode e pulite, servizi in ordine e confortevoli.

La mancanza di ascensore può rendere poco agevole per disabili e per trasporto dei bagagli l'accesso ai piani.

In questo hotel fanno buone offerte di prezzo per chi viaggia per lavoro. Internet wi-fi gratuito. Lo consiglio. Al ricevimento molto cordiali e disponibili. Camere pulitissime.

Nonostante ci sia ben scritto in camera che non si può fumare, chi è stato prima di me in stanza avrà fumato tantissimo. La camera era pulitissima perchè l'ho controllata io, ma non andava totalmente via la puzza. Mi ha dato molto fastidio. Forse d'inverno non possono aprire le finestre per tanto tempo. Comunque l'hotel era pieno e non mi hanno potuto spostare. La ragazza del ricevimento, annarita, era desolata perchè mi ero lamentato e non poteva spostarmi e perchè non riescono a far rispettare il divieto al 100 %. ci sono molto maleducati in giro. Non posso dare proprio colpa all'hotel per questo. Il resto è stato ottimo.

The hotel is small but very cozy, well decorated in Sicilian styles. My room is large with a tiny balcony overlooking the sea, the walls are painted in lemon yellow and the floor is covered with red terra-cotta tiles and with little white ceramics tiles between them, warm and welcoming. The room is quiet at night. The hotel staff are very professional and friendly, making the guests feeling at home. They make the room and change the towels daily, the room is very clean. The breakfast room is very comfortable and well lit by the morning sunshine. The food is good quality, the staff will serve you fresh-brewed coffee and fresh squeezed Sicilian red orange juice, it's delicious! Although the hotel is located in mainland, the modern part of the city, it's actually nearby Ortigia, the antique island, it takes only 10 min. by walk, along the seaside. It's also 10 min. walk from the airport bus and railway station. The position is very convenient for travellers even without a car. I highly recommand this hotel to anyone who wish to spend a nice and tranquil holiday in Siracusa.

The lift serves only the Ground Floor and 1st Floor. If you stay on the 2nd Floor (the top floor), you have to climb up the staircases. Bear in mind also that the water is non-potable at the hotel nor in the city.

Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse. Réceptionniste accueillant et toujours prêt à donner des renseignements.

Pas d'ascenseur, mais un monte-charge pour les bagages. Escalier un peu raide. A proximité du port et de la gare routière.
