Front desk person was very nice. She had excellent customer service skills and was extremely helpful. The room's cleanliness was overall good. Air conditioning unit working and new. As promised, we were given a no smoking room and the room really did not smell like cigarrettes. The bed matress was old and zaggy, we requested a full bed or equivalent and were given two twin beds push together, we were trying not to fall in the junction of the two matresses. The window opened to an empty lot full of rubbish. They had some sort of remodeling-construction going on and the workers started banging on the walls with power tools at 08:00 am on a Saturday morning. |

very good breakfast. Rooms did not smell of smoke. Kettle in our room for hot drinks No iron to press our clothes. The 6 o'clock deadline. We were going to be late and rang the hotel to tell reception but the person on reception could not understand that that we had a reservation and would be late. She thought we were trying to book and kept telling us the hotel was full. |

La vicinanza al centro storico, la disponibilità di parcheggio riservato e la cortesia degli addetti. La colazione scarsa in quantità ed in qualità, poco il personale addetto, prezzo poco proporzionato al comfort offerto. |

Zentrale Lage, Frühstück akzeptabel Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und leider zwei dort installierte Klimageräte, die uns den Schlaf geraubt haben. Zentrale Lage ja, aber das Hotel liegt nicht im besten Viertel der Stadt. |

La próximidad al centro y la amabilidad del personal. Aunque el Hotel es mono, la habitación que nos tocó tenía ventana al exterior. Tenía un balcón cerrado por un moro y abierto por la parte superior. Un poco raro. Creemos que el precio no corresponde con la calidad. |
